Highly recommend this hotel. Basic facilities and very clean, it has everything you need. Nice property, very quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff. Decent food in the restaurant beside the pool. Exceptional value for money. Nothing. We were completely satisfied.

Location was the highlight - close to many things and yet set far enough back from the road to not have too much traffic noise. Lovely view of the rice fields and the hills. it is my first time to experience logging on to the internet everytime I re-started my computer.

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool and the location. Close by you have restaurants and the Lovina beach to make the tour to swim with the dolphins. This hotel has everything to be great, but it isn't. Since the moment we arrived at the room there was this horrible smell coming from the bathroom, that for you to have an idea, the smell was so bad and so intense that our clothes and snorkeling mask kept it for days!! Also there was no cleanliness at all of the toilet itself and there was some red sauce on the mirror. Absolutely disgusting at a point that we had to ask to clean it "again". On top of this the staff was not comprehensive, and the breakfast was very very insufficient, no variety, no flexibility to adapt the juices nor anything.

The location was great. The pool was nice. The rooms look big and spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff couldn’t really speak English and the room was not very clean. There was hair everywhere, heaps of dust and even clothes and toiletries from previous guests.

I have already book the hotel early a month and is fully paid. But in the day I stay, the hotel change me to another hotel with the same host but I didn’t receive any email, message or phone call. It was very terrible. ?
