The hotel was clean, modern, simple and all we needed for 1 night stay. Staff and check in were good. We did not do breakfast. parking was easy.

Wasn’t the cleanest and the ac was leaking so there was a big water puddle on the floor

I was in and out pretty quick. I did not have breakfast, but the coffee was good. An option for a "bolder" (darker?) roast would be nice. There was an odd odor in my room. Sadly, it resembled a urine smell that you may encounter in gas station bathroom.

The Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned had flooding due to the a/c. The next room was on the 3rd floor. There was a strange smell in the hallways. Room was bit small but had plenty of place to store stuff.
