Stoney Creek Hotel Sioux City

Bed was pretty hard and so were the pillows. Had to wait 15 min to check in, only one person and was on the phone with a reservation issue. Ordered food from the bar, it was excellent

Just saying the personal at the breakfast, weren't kind, the lady was upset cause we asked for refills in the food,there was no food left at all,it was 20 min to 10 am and she was complaining, the hotel was pretty packed and of course many people were having breakfast, that was my only inconvenience,the rest was great!

Positives..clean and pretty property. But..you can't sleep at night because of everyone running up and down halls slamming doors. There is no one enforcing any of the rules so do not expect to sleep. Either bring a good book, or turn up your TV and plan to watch it all night. Even when you call the front desk to question or complain..no one responds. Will not and wish I had not stayed here. We are exhausted and trying to continue our long drive home to Georgia. Mgmt said at checkout she would refund, but as we paid in full already, there was nothing she could do. Sad in Iowa

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of my favorite features was the large walk-in shower—no climbing in and out of a tub, which was a nice bonus! The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was hot, fresh, and offered something a little different each morning, so it never felt repetitive. The pancakes were absolutely delicious and definitely worth mentioning! The pool was clean and a great place to relax after a busy day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfortable accommodations, great amenities, excellent breakfast, and outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We will be back next year!

Stoney Creek Hotel is a nice hotel, and we have stayed there several times. Upon check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. After a 20-minute wait, the manager gave us an upgraded room. One thing that I had a problem with is that the maid service is only done every third day: the trash is not picked up, and the coffee is not refilled. But overall, I would stay there again.

Nice polite staff, clean motel. I could get my tv to go to just a normal screen without menu options on the side. Also breakfast was okay but not very hot. Not sure if it would be possible to have a microwave to warm things up.

This is our second stay at this facility. It's a favorite. Love the decor. Grounds are lovely. Breakfast good. In-house bar for a drink and snacks. Great stop on our Maryland to Montana trips.

The establishment is clean overall, but my suite was outdated there was a big black weird stain on the carpet, and the tub was not clean. We were given tokens upon arrival to use at the bar for drinks or at the little store they have. Staff was kind and helpful.
