The location is unbeatable. Really peaceful, remote, surrounded by mountains. Shigar city center is 25 minutes away. We dined at the hotel restaurant two nights and both times the food was delicious. I also appreciated their laundry service which is very convenient. The hotel also booked us a car and driver to go up to deosai national park. They make every effort to make your stay comfortable. Well worth the stay.

The location is really amazing. It’s definitely more spacious than any other resorts in the area. The rooms and the views were really good. Mr. Hassan Raza and Mr. Tashfeen Riaz were specially very helpful and accomodating with everything, and also the reservations team that helped me with some last minute changes to my booking due to an early morning flight. The Sauna, Swimming Pool and Kids Area should be operational at all times. When I visited, it was under renovation but that will obviously be fixed in the next 3-5 days! Beef should be available in the restaurant.

The views are incredible. The staff is very attentive and responsive. The road from Shigar to the hotel is in very bad condition. Took 40 minutes to go 10km.

The views from the room were absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and clean, we especially loved the bathroom and shower with the hot water! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety and a fresh station for any requests. The location is a bit isolated and so it takes a few hours to drive to the main attractions, this also means the prices for tours are quite high! The service in the restaurant wasn’t ideal, it would be quiet evening but the food would still take over an hour to arrive. WiFi can also be a bit patchy but such a great place to disconnect and relax!
