The staff was quite friendly. The rooms were compact and functional What i didn't like was the old AC which struggled to keep the temperature from rising. Also there weren't nets against mosquitos on the windows

I stayed here only one night, so don’t have a lot to say, but overall it’s a nice place with comfortable bed, clean linens and great breakfast. There was a cigarette smell in the hallway, but I guess it’s just a bulgarian thing, so it’s ok. Not a big problem at all, the room smells super nice. The staff was friendly and nice too. There’s a lot of parking places, and the location is great for travellers by car.

The room was very dirty, it smelled like tobacco, unfriendly staff,

Breakfast and restaurant staff were very positive and kind. Location

Big, clean room with a very modern bathroom. I really appreciate how helpful staff members were! Nothing!

Check in was fast, room was clean and warm. There was a few parking spots. Room and bathroom were pretty basic, but cozy. Could have some cosmetical renovations.
-
The ceiling of the room was covered with cobwebs. The bathroom sink was outside, next to the bed, which I found very strange. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working either and We could hear the snoring in the next room.

The breakfast was awesome. Parking was limited. We couldn’t find a space one night. One of the beds had a soft mattress and the drapes were not blackout drapes and we had a street light shining into our room.
-
I like the different designs of the rooms. It is very clean and the receptionist was polite. There is a nice little park nearby.

It was clean, the room looked nice and the receptionist is kind and professional.

The only good thing is the food in the restaurant and the pleasant young waiter. I’ve been avoiding writing this review because the hotel is relatively suitable for 1–2 night stays, but this will probably be our last visit here, even though I tried to give them a chance. The rooms are not well maintained – the walls are peeling and so thin that you can literally hear everything from the neighboring rooms. During our recent stays, they started repair works either very early in the morning or – as was the case last time – in the afternoon, when loud noise is not allowed. The icing on the cake during our last stay was the lack of hot water for two days due to maintenance works in Sofia. A hotel with no backup solution for such situations simply doesn’t make sense. In such cases, part of the amount we paid should have been refunded.

AC not working well, no individual shampoo and conditioner (bulk body wash instead).

We had the sofa bed prepared for our son, however the bedlinens were nylon - very uncomfortable. We also had asked for a silent room but ended up listening to loud music from hotel’s restaurant until 23.30.

At some places the smoke from the staff could be smelled

The surrounding area looks a little "rough" but the hotel is not at all. Staff were all very polite and spoke good English. There is a pub, general store and cafe/restaurant only a minute or two's walk away. I was too late for the cafe/restaurant and didn't go in the pub, but it looked very good. Breakfast was nice and included lots of options, including hot items like scrambled egg and sausage/bacon. Decent enough public-transport links to say it's not right in the city centre. There weren't a lot (in terms of volume) of some of the breakfast items, and the staff were a little slow in restocking things when they ran out.

check in was quick and managed to check in early The management decided to stop selling coffee to guests before 5am. I had to wonder around at 3 in the morning to find a coffee from a nearby petrol station. This is the first time I am hearing a hotel cannot give you any coffee even a instant coffee. Comically sad. I have stayed in this hotel many times and it has never happened before. Get some instant coffee for people that need to leave early!

The location is great value for money! Clean, comfortable, easy to access, parking is just in front of the building. Definitely a great spot for transit or a longer stay if you need a reasonable place to sleep! The only thing we didn’t like was the shower, it is straight on the bathroom floor with a curtain to separate from the test of the bathroom. Which meant that we had to wipe our feet every time we came out of the bathroom after the shower.
