Location was easy to get to from metro stop, but took either a bit of walking or back on the metro to get to most of the places to sightsee. Still, it was easy to find and inexpensive. There was a lot of street noise at night, windows weren't very soundproof. Didn't bother me much.

Lovely room with separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, two bedside table and bedside sconces, and separate living room with flat tv, 2-seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, accessories table and mini refrigerator. Good bathroom. Free WiFi. Frendly staff. Two minuts walking to the metro. Center of Sofia by two staton of metro or 15-20 minuts walking. I would also like to point out, that, when I had to leave a few days early due to personal circumstances, the hotel staff provided me with maximum assistance in obtaining a refund.

All the staff we met were extremely nice and helpful (receptionists, cleaning lady). The free parking place in an underground facility was very useful. The room was actually a mini apartment with a small living room and a normal size bedroom. The air conditioning was efficient. The parking slot is rather tight and needs some driving abilities. The view from the window is not that great (if it looks on the backyard). The location is not in the very center, but has easy access to the metro.

The room was extremely clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Natural lighting was definitely a plus. No sockets next to bed and few overall, so it was a bit difficult to charge our devices. The WiFi signal was not so stable.

The staff is friendly and flexible. The room was cozy and clean. Everything was perfect. The air conditioner couldn't heat the part of the room where the beds are located.

West of city, near metro stops and Mall of Sofia. Still walkable to centar. Older style rooms but more like a suite with lounge off the bedroom. Bed was on the very firm side but still comfy. Rooms have central heating, difficult to adjust but opening the window in the lounge balanced the temp nicely. Soundproofing not great. Water pipes from adjacent rooms pretty loud. Noises in stairwell carry.
