Location close to Sofia Mall, public transport, subway. Breakfast was standard Bulgarian style - healthy choices. The room was in poor condition: Sink and shower slow draining. Carpet dirty and torn. Bed too close to the ground. A/C was barely working. To be fair, they are in the process of remodeling these rundown rooms, but the price was high considering the room condition.

It is in a central location. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. Last year the parking was free, now they ask 10 euro and their parking lot is empty. The carpet on the floor is dirty and stained. The smell is bad like something really old. Old furniture. The beds were 2 mattresses one on top of another.

staff was friendly, everything clean the tv didn’t work, not enough tea bags
-
Very clean, which is most important.
-
the door couldn`t lock properly, this has caused me a big inconvenience
-
The carpet is too old and damaged and looks like it needs replacement.

The location is great. It was near a metro station Opalchenska. Our door couldn’t close so that was a problem

Terrible experience. No one told me the fridge items were paid — no sign, no list, nothing — then after I checked out pr

The room was excellent: quiet, comfy bed, nice bathroom. I liked all of it.

we forgot the electric shaver in the room and when we called them to see if it was there, they didn't even bother to look, they just said it wasn't there, I sent an email to which they didn't even respond. simply, if you forget something, it will never be returned to you. the maid cleaned the room on the first day and left her dirty cloth on the bed with us

Great place, would definitely be back again. 24/7 reception desk, lovely staff. Overall, great experience. Good value! A+

The room is cozy and spacious. The mini bar was well filled and the baby crib was in good condition. There was a bald guy from the staff who was hostile when I was parking my car. I told him I'm a guest of the hotel but he continued being rude. I don't think the phrase "Is that how you park, bro" is well aligned with my expectations of hospitality. Also, the walls are peeling and there is some mold.

Breakfast is good if you are going to stay there for a couple of days. Staff speaks English, polite and nice in conversations. This is the first time a hotel owner has used fake photos to attract customers. In reality, the hotel rooms are terribly old. There are dirty stains on the walls and floors everywhere, mold, and peeling wallpaper. In addition, the shower stalls are faulty, so there will always be a huge puddle of leaking water on the floor.
-
Very basic and expensive , according to room facilities . It wasn't high season.
-
Great location - just meters away from the subway/metro station and half an hour walk from the very center of Sofia. Free parking in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. The facilities are in really bad shape. The lobby looks fine but the other parts of the hotel need urgent renovating. The cleanliness is questionable and you better bring your own towels.
-
Room was clean and comfortable and good value. Breakfast was more than adequate and was available for me a bit early both mornings due to early departures. Limited English but not a problem.
-
Breakfast was terrible. The food didn't seem fresh at all but recycled day after day. I couldn't eat it. Even the apples were shriveled and soft. The hotel itself is old.
-
The room was run down and small, but okay for a short stay Shower didn't work well
-
Proper place, polite staff, the rooms and bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment but generally ok, clean and all set up. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. Location is also good, close to public transport and with parking space as well. No complaints really.

Nothing to think about.
