Best Western Plus Bristol Hotel

room was nice. breakfast was not so good.

The room was stuffy, smelled like it wasn't aired in years. So were the pillows. Bathroom was unclean, with other people's hair in the sink and dirty WC. There were stains all over the walls and carpet, chipped furniture, stained chairs.

Location is amazing, Breakfast was good, comfortable stay. The staff are amazing, VERY PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable. Ready to help you navigate Sofia. The taxi company they use especially after I got scammed by other taxi driver again highly recommend.

Location, good filling breakfast! Kinda dark inside the unit. Carpet kinda outdated and I was sneezing a lot and the hotel offered to swap room at the other Best Western. I highly appreciated it.

A bit dated

The location was very central It did not have spot for vehicle to unload on weekends. Overnight charges of €10 is on higher side.

Because of flight scheduling change I checked out a day before the planned day but the hotel didn't compensate me at all. They had at least a day to sell again my room.

Everything looks so battered and used. Even though it's clean, unfortunately, it does not look like that. The room door was a nightmare; I never knew if it would open in the middle of the night. Breakfast was great and of high-quality ingredients, but the presentation was below the standard for BW.

We stayed after a flight from London. We were exhausted and tired. The hotel was so comfortable and hospitable that-we ended up extending our stay. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff, especially the reception is staff is simply amazing. This is the hotel we will be staying at whenever we fly into Sofia. Nothing. Everything was great.

+ very convenient location - right in the city center, lots of shops and malls, metro station is right around the corner + comfy bed + quite air conditioner that works both ways + pretty large bathroom - the building is pretty old: there are some damage signs of the walls and on the furniture, several stains on the walls and carpet. - noise: you can hear the tram which is right on the same street. Sofia airport is in the city and the planes land directly over the hotel. and there is one more unidentified noise which might be the elevators. - wifi is terrible, both speed and coverage. - the view is non-existent: it's basically a backyard with some junk. All you can see is dirty roof of the hotel's restaurant, the wall of another building and neighbors' windows on the side.

I didn't like the condition of the furniture and the room as a whole. I think they should use some softener for sheets cause they smell very bad( I don't know, maybe they weren't clean or fresh. Of course, it should be so slipers too.

Good location, good value for money, dated property and rooms but with good size and value for money. Basic but complete breakfast. Unfortunately I saw a cockroach during my stay in the 6th floor I was staying, wondering the quality of the cleaning of the property.

The TV control was not working properly.
