Unconfortable bathrooms , WC and bathroom together less then 1 m2, very tight and uncomfortable Humidity smells all time

Quiet and clean very central with lots of shops and coffee places, restaurants, market nearby and metro station.you can also walk anywhere.

No problems. Nice room, spacious, comfortable big bed, the heat worked well, the host was very helpful with check in, and plenty of hot water. N/a.

I was very happy with the location, the janitor was very helpful and friendly. There were lots of interesting places in the vicinity and good coffee at a store right next door. I think the room could have been warmer and only one extra cover for two people was provided. One of the kitchen covers had a bunch of packages that should have been thrown out. Maybe a former tenant just threw everything under the sink and the janitor didn't notice?

the only inconvenience was that the toilet was too small and it was also a shower at the same time and the internet and wifi didn't work in the room at all. I don't understand why it's painted green It's a bit aggressive for the eyes it's better if they paint it with white or lighter colors

Also the hostel is usually not so packed with too many people;) I wish there was an oven to use but the stove is enough to cook and prepare your meals.

Located in the center close to vitosha street and some other attractions by walking. According to the price you pay it is good valued. It has A/C which is really good point and will give you cool room. Also Iron, warm water, clean, towel, .. Locker size is medium so I just put there my important documents and my backpack outside but it was ok and nothing happened as I did before other places too. At late night the area is dark but and little scary bit if you be careful I guess nothing will be happen or better to come back not late time(for me nothing happened even by coming late time). Check in is limited up to 22 so better to arrange it in advance if you arrive late as what happened to me but I could check in around 22:30 after arrangement and help and kindness of the landlord.

We came back for another stay in less than a month and truly love and appreciate the location and the host's hospitality.

I truly appreciate the host's hospitality. Although check-out time was at 11:00, the host was happy to let us continue using the shared areas throughout the day, including the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and internet. While this extended access wasn't included in the standard reservation, the host went above and beyond with flexibility when guests needed a bit more time. We also love how homey the place felt, and the location genuinely made our experience in Sofia tenfold better.

Staff didn't speak english. You can communicate using hand motion / gestures. No problem checking in and checking out.

Building is old.very simle furniture. Do not wait for 5 stars hotel,but clean

Everything was perfect, quiet and clean. Shared room was really fine. The attention was perfect and they allowed me to do early check in. I highly recommend, my rest was perfect there. The only bad part was having no elevator bc I handle a really huge luggage, but the woman of the reception was really nice and helped me!

location the manager does the managing with personal intention like changing room was possible for the next day but resist that there is no room. hot shower is short. room very cold with no heater. Bring ur own. First floor rooms are old and smells like smoke.
