Better than the pictures, relaxing vibes, sparkling clean rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is overpriced. They ask a lot of money for what they give. I realised this one week before my stay and I tried for an entire week to contact the staff asking for cancellation or modification via email, and messages but they never replied. Never! Bad service. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The room was super spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is a daily cleaning service at the room. The breakfast was delicious with multiple options, including different local delicacies every day! The location is pretty central. Around 10 mins walk for most central locations, including the Cathedral, the old church of Saint Sophia and central Metro Stations of "Orlov most" and "Serdika II". One might find the neighborhood a bit noisy at times. Which is kind of expected, as the hotel is located at the city center.

Everything was excellent and 10, before I leave it was 6, I asked if I can get breakfast The lady at reception told of course and gave me a pocket. The bread was completely molded, apple as well!!! I saw as I was in bus ? How could happend if I ate that!!?? ?

The hotel felt nice inside and had a pleasant atmosphere. The room was big enough for a family of three, and the bath tube was huge. The staff were kind. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout. Poor breakfast.

Not sure if the price for parking is posted before booking (I didn't see it). But anyways, great to have a parking spot.

The hotel seems old, although they have been renovated, the bathroom sink is leaking, so I changed a room. Breakfast is simple.

The service was great stuff were very helpful The breakfast doesn't meet the four stars standard, the shower water easily go out to the floor in overall it was good just they need to take care about some details as a four stars hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good- one bus stop from Nievsky Cathedral or 10 min. walk. I was cut by the shower handle and there was no one to change the handle because there is no maintenance person on Sunday. They changed our room and the TV didn't work.

The location was really good. Just a short walk and we were at Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. The bedroom was really spacious so there was lots of room to lay two suitcases flat open and still move around easily. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. The hotel was also really quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially with my gluten free breakfast needs). The bracket that holds the shower head to the wall was a little broken which meant we had to bend down but otherwise nothing!

The property was close to city center and within walking distance of May sights. The rooms were clean and seemed recently refurnished. The bed was really uncomfortable and left me feeling unrested. I woke several times trying to get comfortable.

This hotel deserves much better breakfast. The breakfast they serve is discent but not excellent as the room and facilities are. We arrived 30 min before breakfast ends and whatever was spent was not refilled, which was strange.
