The receptionist is not experienced, doesnt speak english very well, the housekeeping staf uses elevators of guests making guests wait for the elevator a lot, not really 4 star hotels vibe I am use to

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was awesome Property is in the process of updating. I assume they will be better int he coming months stains on couch in suite. No brush for the toilet Which both were rectified right away

Location, room. Room could use more lighting especially bathroom. No shower curtain. Breakfast too much processed, fried foods, veggies that seem out of the bag, could have been more authentic / Bulgarian, like in other hotels. Only generic white bread, needed more variety.

Behavior of the staff could have been made better. Like we asked for water, it came after half an hour. We asked for some cutleries which they did not even send it our room. Services can be improved.

Breakfast buffet is quite sad, most of the products are served cold (eggs included) and the bacon was disgusting. Our room was not accessible.

The location is excellent. Clean place, nice and spacious rooms. We arrived on Saturday, after our other location booked got canceled. Asking he staff about the parking in the area, they tried to trick us to park in their parking, with daily fee, even if the street parking was free for Saturday night and Sunday all day.

This hotel is really in the City Center of Sofia. Nice rooms and if you are on a higher floor a good view of the city.

There is practically no internet. The staff provides passwords, and you can see hotspots in the network, but it's not enough, guys.
