We loved this hotel. Very spacious rooms, clean and quiet. Pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. Location was great, right around corner from the Alexander Nevsky Church.

Location, comfort of room and facilities within the room, Breakfast was good and choice was excellent, The hotel spa was clean and the spa host was really friendly. Receptionists at the front desk - as my wife put it - they've sucked on a lemon. No greeting of guests fairly cold and abrupt. Did not ask how was our stay and were not interested. Spa facilities - some of them were not working - jets at the jacuzzi area for example.

Large rooms, great location, beautifully designed The mattress in our room was not in great shape - slanted towards the center on one end which made it quite uncomfortable. The shower door was not well sealed and caused a small flood next to it. Otherwise it would have scored a 10.

The location was great, just 5-10 minutes walk to all the main attractions. We enjoyed the room comfort and wellness as well. Nice roof top bar also.
