It had cockroaches and it was too dirty for five star hotel . The hotel had nice food but it was not 5 star property

Excellent building, very nice, including the restaurant and bar. The room with the cathedral view and balcony, super comfortable beds, we really enjoyed the living room sofa. Thanks to Martina for her excellent support. Greetings.

The mountain view, the clean, spacious, and comfortable room, accessible gym, the staff were excellent being supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and well located for walks to museums. Nothing to say negatively.

Very nice location, right in the center of Sofia. Nice restaurants inside! The hotel room amenities did not meet my expectations; there was a reconstruction right in front of the main entrance. Nobody even tries to assist you or apologize.

They tried to give a bad room which I didn’t book I had to insist to get me another one. Few rooms are not suitable for this hotel level

The large windows were nice, but they needed cleaning. They didn't open very well, which was a bit uncomfortable, and they needed cleaning. Also, the room service and minibar prices were a bit high, which made me hesitate a bit.

Location, reception stuff who were so nice and polite, the unit that has been given was amazing, hotel as usual is at a very central and easy accessible location First of all, the restaurant stuff was so rude and unprofessional. We stayed two nights and we had two morning breakfast in that place. I do not know from where to start. We were not asked for our order single time, it was so funny to watch that tables around has been asked for their final orders and me being passed.I was with two small kids and due to that I was treated like an alien. It was expected to ask for everything three times at least. Even I got a response “Kitchen is busy you have to wait”, this was after 20 min wait for a simple crepe :) Second , place was over subscribed, finding a place was impossible. Overall, the money you are paying for the place and treatment you are getting is not worthed.. Due to my final experience with them, I am not recommending the place

Spacious room, recommend facing the back for almost absolute quiet. Perfect breakfast and very friendly and fats service. As to the location, it is the best known and most central in Sofia, right in front of parliament, the most important place in the country.

Best hotel in Sofia This isn’t a dislike, but maybe some weight barbells in the gym. It has everything else.

We had a fantastic room with a panorama window looking toward the cathedral, old parliament building, park and patriotic statues. The view, especially at night, was magical. The location was within walking distance to historic buildings, as well as restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including smoked salmon and local specialties. The concierge was friendly and helpful, as well as desk staff. The dinner menu and dishes could be better.
