Exception staff, room and location.

The hotel is located in a prime central area of the city, offering a fantastic view over the park. Crystal Palace exemplifies what a 4-star hotel should be, maintaining high industry standards. It is an ideal choice for travellers who appreciate the perks of a true hotel experience—from the moment they arrive, with professional front desk service and attentive porters, to the spacious and quiet corridors, and the luxurious rooms themselves. As the hotel is located in a very central part of the city, parking can be an issue. Although Crystal Palace offers underground parking, there are also two designated short-term spaces in front of the hotel for unloading luggage. Unfortunately, during both of our stays, these spots were consistently occupied.

It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful area of Sofia . Great staff and plenty of amenities.

Nice location with private parking down in the garage - not super wide entrance, but not too narrow to drive in either. The entire city area was without central heat and hot water on the day I was there, so they kindly did their best and gave a free upgrade (so a suite actually) with a compimentary bottle of wine. The room still had an electrical heater too so temperature was ok, and since I was there for just one day the lack of hot water was not too bad - but again, not their fault at all. Great breakfast with huge selection of everything, inlcuding many different cakes/sweets and fruits. Wifi sucked, basically was unusable.

Rooms large and luxurious

In the centre of the city is this amazing boutique hotel with excellent staff and amenities.

the location is perfect, i felt very safe and secure as a solo traveler. I have stayed here many times and the team are wonderful, so helpful and kind. I also had a massage with Maria and she was very kind and professional. Leaving ?

I didn't see any fruit for breakfast but the rest of the breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Very nice neighborhood. Not really their fault, but they were doing some sort of construction or maintenance in a room close to ours. They were using a heavy-duty drill. We had traveled on the sleeper train from Varna, Bulgaria, all night (8 hours), so we were exhausted. Couldn't get any rest until they stopped a couple of hours later.

spacious rooms, luxury feel with good pricing, great bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, very convenient parking garage in basement, big bathrooms with lots of stone, big park across the street, plenty of places to eat in walking distance the coffee, plenty of electric sockets but several needed replacement (you had to jiggle plugs to use them, but even that did not work on some), some small stains on carpet on entrance to room, no sockets in bathroom for personal hair dryers (there is a built in hair dryer, if you can live without your personal one).
