Great location and a really nice property!

Terrific location in Oborishte, the best part of Old Sofia, very helpful staff, great value. I couldn’t find the WiFi code.

Great location and newly renovated rooms with comfortable bed, clean, kettle and fridge. The rooms are located above a bar/disco with extremely loud bass beats until 2 or 3 in the morning, walls vibrating, impossible to sleep. It is unacceptable that this is not mentioned in the description. Also, the whole building smells of smoke from the bar.

Even though everything is fine, I want to WARN people about these apartments being above a nightclub, and it stinks of cigarette smoke, and there's a lot of noise .

There is a club in the same building. Friday and saturday night you hear the bass all night till early morning. There is also the smoke of the cigarettes from the club in the building

Lage electricity went out, we called but they didnt solve the problem or come back to us although they promised they would. It was our last day and we were not even able to charge our phones.

It started nice. Good location, the room looked very good, spacious and modern. Minibar, toiletries, wifi - all meeting expectations, even for the somewhat hefty price tag for Sofia. When evening came, the downstairs bar turned into a nightclub. The music was so loud that even two stories up in what was called a soundproofed room, the sound level was a bit more than I would normally listen to. The bed and furniture vibrated with the basses. All this continued deep into the night, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the room filled with cigarette smoke, so despite having a non-smoking room, you are forced into passive smoking throughout the night. The disgusting smell was still there the next morning. Same thing repeated the following night, so we cancelled the third one and went elsewhere. Overall a horrible experience. No warning about this when booking, instead it is advertised as a soundproof and non-smoking room. Absolutely not recommended!

Amazing room. Stylish, great bed, clean and more than expected. The restaurant on the ground level is a very popular place. the bathroom is perfect. and from the hotel it is a very nice walk to the city center but the area of the hotel is 1 of the most beautiful in Sofia. nice shops, great restaurants and bars and just 60 meters from rhe hotel the most cozy breakfast bar of Sofia. Since the hotel doesn't serve breakfast this breakfast bar is highly recommended. No breakfast in the hotel. but a breakfast bar very near to have an amazing breakfast and they serve the best coffee in the city and all the bread is baked fresh. it is a perfect start of the day.

Pretty nice location. Perfectly cleaned room, very spacious, loves the natural day light. Beautiful interior. A little hard to find. It’s above the bar, when we asked the servers they didn’t know what we were talking about. Noise from the bar is not as bad as we first thought.

The bar downstairs was throwing parties every day beyond 4am, one could hear the beats. What was really bad is that the living room of the apartment smelled of smoke from the bar

Perfect location, fast and easy check in & out, super clean and great price. Bar downstairs is a bit noisy, but rooms are heavily sound insulated so no issues at all!

Everything, it was my second time staying at embassy and i will chose it again next year! Special mention to Luba who works downstairs at the bar, fantastic guy!
