The walls are apparently thin and one can hear the other guests talking in their rooms.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and organized hotel. Very close to the airport and to many touristic options in town. Very friendly staff. Easy to check-in and check-out. Upon arrival we were asked if a taxi to the airport was needed on check-out and this was organized by the hotel as we had to leave very early to catch our flight. The taxi was there right on time at 03:30 am with no delay. Wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend!

A very convenient small budget hotel at an excellent location. It's in the center, in the walking distance from the main church, still not far from airport. Metro, tram and bus stops are around. Outside of the reception hours the check-in is self-check-in and that worked perfectly (we landed in the middle of the night). Our room was large, clean, nicely warm in winter with a clean bathroom with some amenities and well working hot water. The beds were very comfortable. There are some WiFis but not very reliable. We liked this hotel, enjoyed out stay here and would be happy to come back again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff had an exceptional attitude. Everyone had a smile. They were very helpful in every way and whatever we needed, we were supplied with. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area is very close to town and all landmarks. The public transport is nearby. Short distance to shopping and amenities. We can not say that there was anything we didn’t like about the hotel.

Proximity to a bus stop for a bus right from the train or bus station - 3 minutes away from the hotel. And it's also pretty close to our office which makes it a perfect location for business trips. The price is also very good.

And more - I can easily afford a more expensive room, so I was not in the mood for a disgusting place. BOTTOM LINE -> It was PERFECT - 100% clean, and the interior of the room featured beautiful wood floors that even smelled new. MOST IMPORTANT -- it was 35 degrees C in Sofia on the day we came. The air conditioner was VERY good - it handled everything and we slept comfortably.

Supermarkets, cafes, and other restaurants are nearby. The receptionists are very friendly. The hotel has an elevator. The room is clean and renovated. It has a table and chairs, with a plate where it is possible to have lunch. The shower water was very hot. The bed was a bit low, but comfortable and very large. The room temperature was very pleasant. The room was not very large, but more than enough. Although reception closes at 8:00 PM, if you let them know in advance, they will send very simple instructions for accessing the hotel and collecting the key. Very good price, considering the hotel quality, and the location. A good hotel to stay when going to Sofia. Compared to the previous stay, I commented that it would have been very good to have a foot towel in the bathroom, and they had put it in the room in the second time I was in the hotel. It is necessary to climb some stairs to get to the lift. In general, there were few plugs in the room. The lamp near the bed was not operative. The shower is next to the sink and toilet, without a screen separating them, so the entire bathroom gets wet (this is very common in Bulgaria, and I have seen it in every hotel I have been to). There is a small step to enter the toilet. Not many amenities.

The staff was friendly and helpful, following up before and after the stay. Great service! The location was amazing, because it was really closed to the tram and bus stops from the city center. The air circulation in the bathroom (even with the extractor) and in the room (the radiator was off), because it was too hot.

Clean room,too small for 3 people,noisy at night.
