Hotel Premier Sofia Airport

* The breakfast included with the room was poor and not satisfying. * Free parking was advertised as included with the room, but I was still charged for it. * The air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. * The TV in the room did not work.

Clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast. Fast check in and check out. The hotel is located very close to the airport. However, due to traffic directions, if you want to drive from the hotel to the airport you need to drive in the opposite direction for a few km, make a U turn and drive back. It takes good 10 min. Water pressure in the shower is very low.

Very modern, clean nice rooms. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. The free airport shuttle was great, convenient and prompt. The driver was friendly and courteous. Two little notes - the staff at the restaurant did not speak much English and no Bulgarian, otherwise friendly and helpful. A minor inconvenience was that there isn’t a public transit stop in immediate proximity and the area is not really walkable. We took bus 84 which connects you to the center, however we had to walk through an unpaved road that had huge mud puddles. Regardless of those minor details, this hotel is an excellent choice if you have a flight to catch and we will be booking again.

Nothing. The rooms smelled. There was no free pick up / drop off shuttle. I got a charge for $24 for 1 bottle of water. The room smelled. The water was over priced. There was charges to my credit card that, I didn’t approve.

Having EV charging stations in the hotel's parking area was a great advantage. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I parked my car overnight at the hotel's gated parking area to charge it at the WINK charging station. When I checked out the next day, I was charged €14 for parking. This wasn't mentioned anywhere, and I had expected parking to be free for guests using the EV charging station.

It was clean and well/maintained except for the little country road near the hotel on the way to the airport. You should have the municipality pave that for a better customer satisfaction! There was only one waiter at the restaurant serving the whole establishment! The country road on the way to the airport

Said it many times before and will say it again, this hotel is the best and so close to the airport. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, very clean.

We stay here all the time traveling in and out of Sofia airport. Clean, friendly hosts, great facilities, super breakfast and excellent location to the airport. We will come back again and again.

Excellent stay, initially the room we got was smelling like sigarettes but we were upgraded to a suite on floor 11 which was great. Breakfast is always excellent.

I liked the room size, which was clean and with great view. AC worked just fine. We went to a concert to Sofia airport and the location was perfect for that, because we used hotel shuttle to the airport and backwards. Breakfast was good.

Could be updated, but it was in fine shape.
