The location of the hotel is convenient — it’s right in front of the tram station that goes to downtown Sofia and about a 15-minute drive to the airport, depending on traffic. The room was clean but could use an upgrade. The TV and AC were working, parking on site, and the Wi-Fi was good and reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room, especially during the spring/summer. On some nights, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Upgrading the room’s infrastructure would also be beneficial.

Nothing This accommodation was the worst experience of my life. When entering the hotel you were surrounded by the stench of cigarettes. The employees or the owners (I don't know who it was) smoke everywhere! Our room had a big sign on the door saying "no smoking". However, inside you were surrounded by an unbearable stench. The description of the hotel on booking.com does not correspond to reality at all. The hotel is dirty, smelly, the carpets are burnt from cigarettes, there is mold on the walls. I had to have the duvet covers changed because there were hairs from previous guests on it. The bed sheet is so small that it could not even be tucked behind the edges of the mattress. I asked for a new, larger sheet, which was brought to me by a sullen employee who I had disturbed in the hotel bar while smoking. Of course, I had to put the sheet on myself. The hotel advertises that it has an excellent restaurant. That is not true. Instead, there is just a smelly bar with no food. No breakfast. Thank you, never again. I do not recommend the hotel even for a second.

Easy to find on GPS. On arrival greeted friendly but professional. Lift to all floors was nice room (junior suite) was very clean minor age related issues but great value for money. Not a dislike but no evening restaurant facilities . Breakfast was a selection of toasted sandwiches to order.
