Good proximity to A2 highway, suitable for one night, solo traveller. Bedsheets and matress were not in a good condition. The room had impregnated smell of cigarettes smoke.

Sadly, I missed breakfast by 5 minutes (9:30 sharp) and was told: no food for you!

Distance from town. If you came by car you can easily reach centrum of Sofia but if you plan to walk it is a bit distant.

basically nothing,, only the bathroom was good with a lot of hot water. and the WiFi, it was just there, no password no difficulties the hotel was situated in some industrial area with companies on the ground floor, there was nothing to eat' also not in the nearby area, and there was only a vending machine with a few choices to drink. the room was clean but there was few furniture no air conditioning, at least i could not found any. i bin used to some shady places, but I did not feel good here at all. the breakfast was simplest, you got just a plate and there was also no coffee, i had to ask for it and get some nearly cold something in a cardboard cup, and the waitress was not around and very unfriendly

I have been visiting the hotel occasionally since almost 2019. The permanent staff even knows me by sight. This time the elderly lady at the reception gave a recital of inhumanity and indifference despite the fact that in the past we had spoke together in both English and Greek since she had worked in Cyprus and despite the fact that a few years ago I had dedicated more than an hour to her helping her choose an island in the Ionian sea for her summer vacation! At noon on 16/03 I arrived at the hotel after a 9 hours trip, exhausted and not feeling well at all, suffering from a chronic illness. The reservation had been made through Booking the previous day and was for two nights. I waited patiently as another lady was serving and after we greeted each other in Greek, I gave her my ID and asked her to give me the room key so I could go up and lie down because I felt very weak and on the verge of fainting and that after 1 hour I would go again at the reception for receiving my invoice and doing the payment at the same time. Although I left her my ID and later my corporate bank card, she kept delaying me with various excuses. One time she didn't answer me, ignoring my pleas and to top it all off she claimed - in English now - that she didn't understand what I was saying to her! I found out that she simply didn't care because I don't believe that the hotel Administration had given her such an order to collect the money first, disregarding the customer's health. After I found out about her indifference and despite my pleas, I was forced to wait standing with my luggage in my hand until she did what she wanted!!! I sincerely regret the behavior of an elderly fellow human being. It is a shame in the era we live in, that there is no trace of humanity and solidarity.

It was available. Room was unfinished. Bed was only mattress. A sheet was in the closet. Half furnished room. Not comfortable there. Won’t choose it again.

I like the hotel , it's clean , has a 24 h reception, friendly personal, comfortable beds , wifi and everything about my stay there was perfect,I recommend this hotel maybe the breakfast can be improved

The location was handy for the airport, when price is a consideration.

I liked the price, staff and cleanliness of the building I couldn't work out how to adjust the heating, so I was too hot and had to sleep with the window wide open.

When we booked the property it said “breakfast included”. We got bag with small water, expired 7days and one waffle bar. Location is awful, not so close to the airport, nonpublic transport and again far from ciry center and the attractions. Receptionist didn’t know English.

Clean and spacious room. Free parking. 24 hour reception. Helpful receptionist reasonably convenient for the airport. Receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant a few kilometres away (Oazis). Rooms were too hot and we didn't find any temperature control other than opening the window. Rather basic continental breakfast, but it was included in the price. The restaurant is currently only open for breakfast. Recommend driving to Oazis instead
