I am a loyal customer for this hotel for more than 3 years and more than 7 visits I like the location One of the employee name Martin was very rude with me just because I was trying to enter the room 20 m before 2 pm he begin to shout and asked me to leave the hotel and even that I am a loyal customer I am not special for the hotel and he told me that he will reject any future booking just because I didn’t listen to him that the room will be ready at 2 pm Honestly I received an email from booking telling me the room password so I thought it’s ready but I think the guy has a problem with me because he was telling me that I always do problems and one of my visits I checked out at 12:30 instead of 12 ? The way he talked and shouting was surprising I was calm and waited until my stay is done . This all the truth and there is camera so the owner will chk

Decoration is really nice and the hotel location is perfect and it is close to every main popular areas. Cleaning can be better. Enter contact number has to be available 24 hours.

No staff in location

For my room no windows makes it uncomfortable to have good air.

Its style is unique, rare to see in Sofia and Bulgaria

Room is a bit broken

Thick layers of neglected dust, dirty carpet, no soundproofing, constantly been woken up by people talking in the corridor.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Even before I arrived, I was upgraded to a large room with one big bed instead of twin beds. That was such a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view over the city. Everything was spotless, both the bedroom and the bathroom. My room was also cleaned during my stay, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect. I could literally get there directly from the airport with just one metro super easy and convenient. The area is great as well. I had everything nearby: a supermarket just around the corner, and in the morning I could grab delicious fresh pastries and a smoothie close by. It was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when I called them very late at night, they were still super kind and professional. I really appreciated that. I was also able to leave my luggage in a locker after check-out, which was very convenient. It was also very easy to enter the building using your own access codes everything was well organized and felt safe. Super friendly, super beautiful, super spacious, and super convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely book here again! Nothing!

I was there only for overnight purpose, so not to many observations from me. Location good- close to subway. For the purpose I needed it did the job. The room was declared having no windows, so I cannot complain, although it would be nice having one.

This hotel is perfect for introveted people, because ypu can check in and check out online and no communicating with people is needed. There was a PS5 zone which guests can use, watter machine and you can make tea/coffee. The room was clean, towels, shower gel/shampoo and even body lotion was provided. Even a little gym is on the top floor. There is a big grocery store 1 min from the hotel It could be tricky to get in the hostel or your room for older people. Sometimes it is hard to activate the keyboard for the code.

Easy check in, clean, spacious and quiet room, and excellent hotel location. Nothing bad noteworthy to mentioning. Overall, very happy with stay!

The hotel is located in an extremely convenient spot! The building is quite cozy. The room was great and even though the windows were on the side of a very busy street inside the room was quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Actually everything was perfect. I loved the fact that you don't need a key for the building or the room, everything is unlocked by keycodes which is quite convenient and cool. Great value for the money, I will definitely stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend it to anyone. Strangely enough, there was not a single thing that I didn't like. Maybe it would've been nice to have nightstands on both sides of the bed but that's nitpicking.

Close to the market Couldn't open the window, it was sealed, no view. No window in the toilet

B) If you forget something in the room after checking out, the staff or cleaner will take it and will not confess or return even if you suggest to cover the shipping cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Unfortunately we had an issue with bed bugs in the room, which was handled extremely professionally and swiftly by the staff, moving us to an upgraded room with no issues, and giving us a full refund. Top notch management, and remember: bed bugs can be found in 1000€/night hotels as well, as they are transported by the previous traveler and they hide extremely well. No fault of the property. On an unrelated note, general cleanliness could be improved though (stains on the curtains and the bathroom walls).

I stayed in a windowless room, it was informed in the room description so not an issue since I'd stay just for a night and just to sleep. The room is like 4 mts high. Sleepwear is good. The room was chilly at night but that made a comfortable sleep. Do not take the windowless room if you are gonna enjoy your time in the room. The bathroom was not designed well. It is not possible to keep the bathroom dry since the entrance space is facing right into to bathroom. The room was still cold in the morning. There is no AC, there is central heating; so you cannot really control the heat.

The room itself was super—spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent for a good night's sleep. We also found the location to be very good, with easy access to public transport and several local attractions. a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. It was noticeable as soon as we entered the toilet and remained throughout our visit. It's a real shame, as it detracted from the otherwise high quality of the room. This is a hotel with great potential. If management can address this plumbing or ventilation issue, it would easily be a 8-9 experience. Until then, it's hard to give a full recommendation despite the strong positives.

Automatic check in worked good. The building is pretty old, and definitely requires better maintenance. The bath room had a hole in a wall covered by just a foil (!). Windows do not filter all the noise from the street. No shower doors, it means water is going out to the bath room floor.

I received a free upgrade without even asking. This gave me a big room and plenty of space to move around in. I am not an introvert and so I miss people contact. Maybe this is the way many smart hotels are, but it would have been nice to see and connect more with staff.
