The location to the old town and restaurants was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I messed up and forgot my plug adapter and the staff found us one which was a lifesaver for our 1st night. They are a TripAdvisor recommend and deservedly so. Nothing

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main walking street, Vitosha Boulevard and yet it is quiet at night for a good night sleep. The hotel breakfast is splendid with a lot of good and healthy selections. There are also many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the hotel. It is easy to reach the hotel using trams or metros from Sofia central or Sofia airport. The hotel room is spacious, with a clean and big bathroom with great water pressure. The hotel furniture or deco is a bit dated but they keep it very clean and neat. Not a problem if you are just using the hotel to rest at night after a whole day of exploring the city.

Great place, just a minute walk away from Vitosha Str. Our room was clean, quiet and well equipped for a one night stay. We were travelling with our touring motorcycle and the underground garage was very useful for us. They charged 10€/Day for our motorbike which is worth. Probably the most secure parking you can find at a hotel in the city center. Breakfast was also nice and diverse despite the relatively small lobby space, where the hotel serves breakfast.

Breakfast

We spent only one night in Sofia and the location was perfect to walk around downtown. Decent size, clean and comfortable room. Various staff at the reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. We needed a parking spot for the night and they reserved in advance. We needed rest after a long drive and had a pleasant stay. We were able to see downtown on foot and have dinner nearby. Room was clean, quiet and provided the rest we needed.

The location is perfect for staying downtown area and for business travelers. There are many restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in the area. The staff are highly professional, polite, and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to stay in Sofia on business. Nothing bad to say.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent. The location was perfect; after parking the car, we could explore the city on foot without needing to take it out. You can reach Vitoshi Boulevard in 2 minutes. We could also reach other attractions from there. As a family with children, being in a central location is important, so I would choose this hotel again if I were to return. Breakfast was also good.

The size of the room and the breakfast have met my expectations. It was too hot in the room, there is an air conditioner but it was not working properly, and even with a window opened the temperature was too high. The room needs renovation, the sofa and the walls have stain.
