I liked mostly the location in heart of town making it possible for walks in town the heart of town. Next to shopping center , restaurants , supermarkets gym and sightseeing. Only in the afternoon the intense rainy weather, but it isn't something you have control of.

The location was very central, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was modern ( maybe too modern!) and comfortable. The hotel gives off a rather elegant vibe with its big spaces and marble floors! I found the touch panels rather confusing and frustrating at times to use. I think good old-fashioned switches would have been better for me. No one took me to my room on the first day to show me how they operated. I did figure it out eventually but took a while! House-keeping had unpredictable timing.

מיקום המלון מעולה! ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת. צוות נחמד ואדיב. החדר בסך הכל נח ומרווח עם נוף יפה לכנסיה. המקלחת פתוחה ללא דלת ואינה מאפשרת פרטיות מוחלטת. החדר יחסית חשוך למרות שיש תאורה באיזורים שונים. היינו שמחים לערוץ חדשות בטלויזיה שמשדר באנגלית. הביקור היומי של החדרניות לא היה מספיק מקצועי. לדוגמא, לא בדקו אם נגמרו גלילי נייר טואלט או הסבון במקלחת, לא הוחלפו מגבות משומשות ולא שטפו או שאבו את החדר, לא ניקו את הכיור במקלחת.

The hotel is conveniently close to museums, a street full of restaurants and bars and the starting point of most free walking tours. The lobby is beautiful, has a bar on site that makes it convenient for a night cap without leaving the premises. We were reimbursed for one out of 4 nights spent due to continous problems encountered The whole experience at this hotel has been terrible: we were there for a long weekend of city trip where most of the time in the hotel we spent complaining and changing rooms: first room 509 who is facing a street where a bar with loud music starts playing from noon time to 2 am. Then room 449 small, dark, with a scratch headbed and flies around (for free). Later to 641 being the 6th floor the last one where the air conditioning could not properly work as the heat was concentrated on the room being it at the roof, then 539 where the shower was not giving hot water (later on it was solved that same day) but the hose of the toilet didn't work, the water spilled a lot outside from the shower creating a puddle in the bathroom, the shower gel was filled with conditioner and viceversa and finally a burned smell coming from the airco after a couple of hours of use to what hotel staff denied despite their own manager coming to the room and confirming it himself... add to this that the breakfast had a lot of flies (poor waste management), many things like charcuterie were not properly kept cold on a closed display, no non-lactose options, juices were taken from a machine that would serve them at higher than room temp (in summer) making it mandatory to always request ice on the side to employees, no egg station, and if u happened to eat facing the street outside ur view would be blocked by a filthy terrain covered on graffiti'd glass indicating there was some archeological site on it that is obviously not being preserved as it should creating 2 problems: 1. A perfect nest for urban plagues (flies, cockroaches, etc) and 2. Avoiding the taxis to come to the entrance of the building so you have to walk from the street with ur bag to the main doors. Hotel has no facilities: no indoor pool, no turco nor sauna, no gym... besides a lounge to breakfast and a bar it has nothing else for you to stay.The bar lacks variety on mocktails, they could do better.

Excellent Hotel, recently renovated in a perfect location No AC to speak of. The bad window sensors block AC units (we stayed in 4 rooms) from producing clod air altogether.

The hotel location is perfect. Anything you need is around 5 minutes away The first time around, the hotel made a gesture to us and gave us a bigger room. It was wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. That there is a cleaning staff,who only cleans the rooms and then there is another staff to refill coffees, tea bags, water, etc. So basically, I had to buy my own coffee because there were no refills. I wasn't quite sure how this works. A cleaning lady told me I needed to ask at the reception,but honestly, they were husy everything. I passed the reception, and I just thought it's weird to ask for such small refills.

Perfect location, very central. Spotlessly clean, stylish, and luxurious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (especially the reception staff) The breakfast was also excellent. ⭐️ I would definitely stay here again! PS: They have turkish coffee ☕️? -

Taxi can't go next to the hotel entrance. Have to carry everything to hotel.

Near transportation, landmarks, restaurants, safe, clean No close access to the hotel entrance for any cars because of works in front of the hotel.

It’s in the center of the city every attraction and subway are walking distance. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Best location
