The shower has one wall totally open so the entire bathroom is soaking wet every time you bathe no matter what you do.

Policies are more important than satisfying customers. If your room is ready and you are checked in, your room key won't allow you up the elevator until exactly 2:00 pm. I realize why hotels have a check-in time, but if everything is ready why make your customers sit in the lobby with their bags.

Breakfast available at the cafe next door was very good. The hotel was quiet and very close to the metro station for the airport. Very nice shower. Nickel and diming : they provide one sachet of instant coffee for a 3 night stay and say that if you want more you can buy it at reception! Very difficult to darken the room at night to sleep; too many red lights etc.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and the old town ruins (Serdica). There are a lot restaurants and bars near the hotel. The room 704 was clean, the shower worked well and the wifi was great. The beds were nice too. I stayed only for one night and it was nice. Not sure if there were any parking spaces available.

There is an electric kettle in the room, but to replenish the supply of tea and coffee, you need to pay 2.5 euros, which is quite ridiculous. The hotel will not enrich itself by it, but it leaves a bad feeling. For 2.5 euros, one can go to the nearby grocery store and buy a package of tea bags. Also, the fitness room is a little neglected in terms of cleanliness; there is a lot of women's long hair all around the floor.

the windows didn't have black out so as soon as the sun rises the room was all light (that was like 5am in the morning).
