The sink in the bathroom was higher then we expected, and i am a 195cm tall. Enjoyed not having to bent down much. Nothing

It looks better in the pictures than in reality. The cigarette smell in the room is very strong even though it says no smoking. The breakfast is disappointing.

A bit far from downtown but the staff at the desk gave me very good instructions. I took bus 102 right in front of the hotel to downtown, and then back again, for just 1Euro and some change. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Of yes, and the breakfast is fairly good too. Nothing really. All was good considering the price point.

The room size It was very dirty with mold im the bathroom and a lot of dust. Very poor breakfast

The lady with the dark hair on the day of my arrival at your hotel at the reception. She was rude, unpolite, scrolling her eyes wile speaking and very much unhelpful. The guy in the evening and the blond lady were awesome!

The room floor was dirty and somehow, there were some seeds of some sort scattered around. They were the same color at the carpet and did not show up until they needed the bed. (1st night)

the location is ok, pretty clean no food at breakfast, very dark room, clogged shower drain

The receptionist promised that we will be able to keep our cars at the parking lot almost the whole next day with eventual charge. The next shift receptionist said whole different thing - you need to pay a stay in a room in order to have your cars at the parking lot.

The room/bed was ok for a very short night. Price/performance is just about acceptable The breakfast was a bad joke. Coffee machine broken and the food consisted of scanty leftovers

The room of a good size and clean, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Close to the Hristo Botev Hall The location is a big problem if you rely on public transport to get to the city center. The breakfast was poor and the coffee machine did not function properly

Clean functional hotel for the money. Location. It was a bit far out and diections using public transport could have been better. Public transport was actually quite good. Hotel sign did not stand out so was difficult to spot.

Great location and great value for money. Third time stayong in this hotel. The parking is huge advantage.
