The TV and wi-fi was not working . Also the breakfast was not at the level at the price and at the hotel it self.

We paid about 280 euros for a night for a Corner balcony room. The room was absolutely great - good amenities, automatic curtains, great music system and spacious room. The staff was also great - friendly and helpful. 280euros for what we got was just not worth it. Food was mediocre at best - they also didn't have availability for 2 out of the six main meals. The SPA was awful - a single pool(3 small corridors), no jacuzzis, single Sauna(75 degrees max), no water dispenser available. I've been to 3 times cheaper hotels with far better SPA.

Friendly staff! While I was taking a shower, the room flooded because the bathroom drain was clogged. The staff was friendly, and as compensation, parking was complimentary. However, the price and number of stars do not correspond to this kind of experience.

Great location for a show at Arena 8888- walking distance. Rooms are clean and warm for a winter stay. Will definitely book again. Communication with property was a struggle. Took multiple days and messages to even acknowledge a special requests. It was not anything difficult- a preference for two single beds instead of one double. It was accommodated in the end, however the communication did not match the stars/price of the property.

I loved everything The heating system wasn't working. The staff couldn't fix it and we didn't receive any compensation for that...
