Great service!

Nothing I have told I would arrive late (around midnight) and I was told somebody would be waiting! Well, it was not… i tried to rang the bell (was not working) i spent 30min on the street with lugagge, concerning about my safety and being tired! I just got in later 30min because another guest arrived! Then, at the reception there was nobody for more 20mins. 1am finally i got a written paper with some passwords and i was taken to another building. My bed was shit, actually just a matress on the floor, and there was no lock/key at the room door. Never again here

I love this place so much! It is perfect, calm and comfy :) Each time I'm in Bulgaria I come here! Peace and love!!!! Nothing

Would be better if there was air conditioning

Air conditioning was limited

Our room was in a separate building a couple blocks away from the main building and the main building itself was hard to find. FYI there is a security camera in the building with the private rooms and the bathroom and kitchen are still shared. Also no AC.

I had a great stay at Hostel Mostel Sofia. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hostel has a nice atmosphere, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent – within walking distance of the city center and public transport. It was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations, and the staff did their best to make my stay enjoyable.

The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants in vicinity. Also very close to public mode of transport. limited Restrooms and Showers for 2 floors of room..

Stuff is nice , common area is good They have apartment next to the hostel, actually is ok but i felt like i stay in a refugee camp , 1 bathroom for almost 10 people, no A/C , not comfortable beds

If I remember properly I reserved a bad in a room with six single bads. I paid a bit more but I did that with purpose - to be more comfortable, to avoid crowd. In fact my bad was in a room with more bads. So my choice was ignored. I don't know why.

Everything…it’s so cozy and feel at home. The staff are very nice .

Really well organized. The hostel has a decent common area where people socialize and make plans together. The reception staff is on point.

The best of the best

Location overall is good and easily accessible. I enjoyed talking to the staff who escorted me to my apartment. Breakfast as a vegetarian was limited. I guess you can skip it here and have something better in the city. The apartment was at a distance of ~10mins from the main hostel which is a bit of a bummer because I wanted to meet new folks but didn't want to walk back and forth because of exhaustion from previous travel. Breakfast and baggage drop is also only at the main location.

The staff was so kind to me as I had some personal issues and they've been so understanding and incredibly supportive!
