Beautiful old dormitory building My room had very old worn out mattresses so I then had problems sleeping. Broken AC didn’t help either. Also poor location it isn’t close to ANYTHING

1. This place takes you back to the years of the "Socialist Realism" with its interior, lighting, rooms and hallways. 2. It will meet your basic needs of food and shelter. 3. I guess it's not bad for the money. Lots of trash in the grass around the parking lot. Lack of maintenance and cleanliness outside.

The hotel is old fashion however extremely clean and well maintained. It is not easy to find as it is part of a university campus.

Cleanliness The entire south side of the hotel is only a few metres away from a major demolition site. Excavators and concrete-breaking machinery start operating at 8:00 a.m., just a few metres from the balconies. The noise is extremely disruptive, yet the ongoing demolition work was not disclosed in the listing. The room was clean inside, but the accommodation was absolutely unfit for purpose due to the severe construction noise.

Free parking and room very clean Heating was at bare minimum, in room heater available but must wait before the room temperature reaches desired temperature since room is at 18/19 C.

Very good value for money. Excellent room heating, TV, daily change of towels, washroom cleaning, etc. Receptionists / help-desk speak English and are very helpful. Room fridge stopped working but they made sure it was replaced immediately, and were very cooperative. Wifi could have been better. Otherwise, no complaints at all, had an excellent stay.

The breakfast, available at an additional fee, was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious and clean, and the towels were large and new. Parking is free, and the area is very quiet.

A quiet and secure yet convenient location close to the airport

The hotel is very close to the tram stop, within walking distance from a large supermarket, and a straight shot to downtown, which I wanted to walk and reached it in 40 minutes. The room was simple, very clean and cozy. The staff spoke English well and helped me with my questions. I definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a quite place to stay.

Convenient location for my travel. Great value. Can use some upgrade - shower doors are when off. The carpet is dated.
