Room was a good enough size for one and the shower worked well. Pretty close to supermarkets. The manager was friendly. I had to ask for the control for the air conditioner/heater after the manager turned it on as he took it downstairs with him. Not a huge deal but he seemed reluctant to give it to me.

The owner was decent enough, and the bed was comfy. No bar although one advertised, no in room facilities apart from a television with basic channels. No drinking water on site at all
