Nothing. This "hotel" should not be deemed fit for human consumption. Truly a horror show, you guys shouldn't be offering it on your website. dirty, moldy, falling apart, holes in the bed linen, showers from a horror movie where you can see mold in what's left of the grout between tiles. Holes in the laminate. TV in the living room, the size of a matchbox. Both kids couldn't breathe after one night and have been coughing like crazy. Also, clearly the rooms have been smoked in - they stink and so do the towels.

friendly reception huge living room, bedroom well heated parking available bathroom was really cold, not sure if the heating didnt work there or if its usually that way location is for cars only, there is nothing to do around this area on foot

- Amazing property - 2 Floors - Birds singing in the morning - Responsive staff - Pool on property - Very Nature-y feel - Unbeatable price No good for cooking - 0 appliances, but perfect for short-term stays! I wish I stayed longer :D Late check in through the gate is a great cherry on top! Perfect for late night airport travellers such as myself - you basically get a whole villa.

Parked my car just meters to my apartment's entrance. The apartment was huge. 2 big rooms in 2 floors and a back yard. I stayed with my dog and the area had nice walking paths. The infrastructure is old and requires permanent maintenance but everything functions well. No complaints.

we love the fact they have a pet-friendly policy and they have great parking. the lady at the reception is wonderful. they need mosquito nets at windows and proper sheets (the size of the bed).

We stay in this hotel since several years already when we visit Sofia. Very convenient location, right at the exit from the ring. We always stay in the small houses, parking is in front and very convenient. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, living room and a second bathroom downstairs. Friendly staff and service. Facilities are still OK but show their age and use year after year, the furniture and staircase are also in a need of repair.

staff, property, facilities, organization, dogs are welcome. that they don't include breakfast. it's nice to have a place to have a quick start of the day with a coffee amd something to get you going. of course, we knew there was no breakfast available before booking, it's maybe something to add.

It's far from center, no free pool, not clean, so it was possible to get something with half the price!

Very quiet and peaceful Non-smoking rule is apparently not enforced. Room smelled terribly, all my clothes, too. The ashtray in the living room invited to smoke inside

Only good thing was the location for us It seems like it was a good place to stay probably 10years ago. Since then the maintenance was not carried out!
