The room itself was reasonably acceptable for such a low price. The main positive point was the man who handled most of the communication - perhaps the host’s husband or another relative. He did not speak English at all, but he was simple, friendly, and tried to help as much as he could. Respect and thanks to him. The internet was weak, and the place was very noisy. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything. You are staying not only near the hosts, but also around their relatives, and guest comfort does not seem to be a priority for them. There was a lot of noise, talking, knocking on the walls, scratching sounds, and other disturbances. Since the property is located in a residential area with gardens and private houses, insects often get inside, especially wasps. The cleanliness inside the room was acceptable, but the shared areas definitely need improvement. I personally did not feel comfortable using the shower because it looked unpleasant. The female host seemed very indifferent and did not even respond to messages. Overall, it may be okay only if you need the cheapest possible place to sleep and are ready to tolerate noise, weak internet, insects, and poor shared facilities.

It was ok but not too good No something special

The facility is extremely dirty for the amount of money, I was abused to pay! I refused to stay at this property as I was forced to share a bathroom with a male. The owner refused to solve the issue and locked the yard door, the owner refused to identify herself to the police as well. She had abused me to pay 50% of the price of 800€ due to refusing to stay in the room she offered. I was not able to cancel the booking myself, as I had the only option to "change the dates" of my stay. She had used this as of her advantage and refused to refund the 50% of the price. I had never used their services due to violation of my rights and safety. I don't recommend this property to anyone. It was one of my most horrible experiences and I certainly will ensure to get a full refund on my money.

The bathroom is the worst I've ever seen

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and conveniences close by. Direct tram 4 to the bus and train stations. Nothing to add here. All was as expected from the listing and price.

The room itself was good, bed was comfy and the room had sufficient space. We were provided with our own key to enter the premises and room which made going out and coming back very easy going. Near to the hostel was a 24h shop which was very convenient. Taking the price per night into account it's a decent hostel. The hostel was not very clean, starting with the room. A pair of flip flops of the previous guest were left, there was a lot of dust and occasional spider webs. The bathroom was not proper clean, a lot of clogged up hairs in the drain in the shower. In the ad it is stated that there is 24/7 check in, however when we arrived in the night there was nobody to open the door and we were told we could only come after 11 in the morning. Which resulted in looking for a new hostel with place for 2 at 04:00. Upon leaving a day early we checked out and when waiting for the taxi the owner/hostess stated we stole bathing towels, however we used our own ones the entire time we were there.

The woman was kind. The room was completely different from the one I booked.No air conditioning , it was very cold in the room all the time.The floor was extremely dirty and the trash cans were not even thrown away by the previous guests.I do not recommend it.

Bathroom needs an update and better cleaning. Toilet seat not properly attached.

Room was big but roof was very close to bed even you cant stand straight in some part of room. Room was clean but outside not too good cleaning. View from room was great. Bed are comfortable. Yeah that's it.

It was cheap compared to other accommodation around that area and we needed the one that near the National Museum of History. For this price, it was just ok. At least the room was prepared and clean enough, the shared bathroom was fine. We can boil hot water to drink from the kitchen, and the hot water was available in the bathroom because it was quite cold in Sofia that time. There were enough blankets, and also there were towels. The wifi was also available. There was flat TV but we had no interest to check the TV channels. It was confirmed as 3 twin beds but it was one big bed. It was not a problem with one big bed, just no need to lie. The place was quite difficult to find. And if we could not call the owner, we would be in big trouble. The next day, I couldn't contact the owner anymore to ask about the place for leaving the key. The first person that I met there that morning no nothing about it, then fortunately I met the second person that told me what to do with the key. The curtain in the room was torn, and there was no mesh to cover the window so just be careful if you bring small kid to not jump to the window because the window is big enough.
