Overall a decent hotel with large renovated rooms, polite reception staff and good room amenities. The location is convenient if you need quick access to the ring road. The restaurant was terrible and overpriced, I ordered veal schnitzel and pasta, both arrived together, barely edible, and disgusting. Breakfast was acceptable but the service was unprofessional. For visitors coming to see Sofia the hotel is far from the city center, there is no covered parking and the parking itself is overpriced for such a peripheral location. The hotel is expensive and not worth the price, you will find better and cheaper hotels in the city center.

The hotel is 4 starts but the facilities and everything felt like a 5 stars hotel , everything was in the right place, the room was very comfortable and clean. the people at the lobby were nice and helpful When we took a lunch at the hotel restaurant one of the waitress couldn't get us basic service, didn't know the menu and couldn't tell which dish is which when she brought it to our table, her manager was excellent and cover for her , so we did enjoyed our lunch there afterall

Carparking is only outsisde and is charged 15 euro... which is too much for an outside parking spot

The rooms are recently renovated, and nice building. Everything smells clean and new, comfortable beds, big room, equipped with an iron, near public transportation. Check in very fast. The reception seems to be confused about the invoice policy. They have told me to ask Booking, but the hotel sales department told me that I could have taken it from the reception. I have received the invoice from the sales department very quickly.

The hotel is simply amazing, a true 5 stars hotel. Great service, big rooms, cleanliness and sooo comfy beds and pillows. I wish I have stayed longer :)

Everything was new and clean, the room was specious and well organised, and the breakfast was well rounded. The location is bit out of the way if you don't have a car, the gym is small but very functional, though some weights didn't fit the barbells, and the sauna wasn't working during my stay (though it might be something that needs to be prearranged, by the looks of the space) Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
