The construction site was next to the room. The demolition of concrete with hilti started at 7am and it was impossible to sleep or even stay in the accommodation at all.

I booked without breakfast, the room size was good and there was car parking space. Not far to drive to the city center, so it was great. And the conception old guy was really great, sorry I should remembered your name. Have a nice days!

The parking had lots of space so it easily fits all guests. The lobby seemed quite spacious There is such high level of humidity that it smelt of dampness even with the window open all night. You could also feel the dampness in the sheets. Rooms' furniture is older than in the photos

Nothing. It was terrible! Everything! It was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and there were leaks on the walls and ceiling. The toilet was dirty and in terrible condition! I am attaching photos to give you a real sense of the situation. After a conversation with the receptionist, we were moved to another room, which visibly looked better than the first one, but it had no air conditioning and was cold. It is unacceptable for there to be no heating in the room during the month of December! The heating was on for 2-3 hours, and then it was cold again. I do not recommend staying at this place! There are no basic amenities, and it is unacceptable for them to charge people for what they offer!

nothing, maybe just the free parking and towels included - the toilet wasn't cleaned, it was all wet, i suppose it was just washed with water sprayed. - also whole room was dirty, it wasn't vacuumed or cleaned, i hope the sheets for the beds were new.. - the stuff weren't very friendly
