Wasn't given the opportunity to like anything. The room that I booked wasn't even available when we arrived at the hotel. We ended up not staying there and having to think of finding another accommodation.

It wasn't anything to be liked. I arrive late like 9:00 p.m. wich they knew of . At The reception have been told I have to pay the room now in cash to get the keys! They made me walk half a mile in the dark to withdraw cash because they cannot operate their cart machine. When I went to the room- which is in outside building it's supposed to be THE LUX!!! It was very cold filthy and small! I went back to the reception to ask for heating- they gave me the remote control of the air condition and when I asked them why the room is not heated they said because I didn't ask for!!! In the shower you cannot put the shower head because the holder it was broken! They also spider and spider nests! The bed hasn't been made I have to put the duvet in the sheet! There was no food available except sadly looking sandwich at the reception. No room service! The whole place was filthy sad looking needing desperate repairs! When I complain other reception the person said apparently he is night security and for that money (95lv.) that's what I get!!! I moved to Airbnb in the middle of town for two nights for 100lv. And it was lovely. AVOID this place

Great location. The bathroom was dirty - we had to request to be clean. The toilet was broken. The fridge did not work. The mosquito net was ripped. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable.

nothing The woman at the reception was awful : no smile only asking if we have Bulgarian levs, unpolite… no wifi although it was indicated and not a sorry for that. the reception was stinking tobacco. the hotel is faraway.

It was very dirty and it was also obvious that they did not clean the bathroom after the last guests in the same room - reason for us to leave after the first night.

the only good thing is the location. but it is not the center at all. so it can't be called a plus. almost everything was terrible. 1. At first I was informed that payment through booking is not possible, as a commission is charged, and they do not want to pay it. 2. We did not have money to pay on the spot, I expected that everything was paid through booking. On the booking it was written that the payment will be withdrawn at any time. so we have to pay on the spot. And there is a message from the booking that the money will be withdrawn. 3. They do not know English at all, it is impossible to explain something and understand it. 4. On the booking it was written that there is a crib. In fact, it doesn't exist. I was asked to move the bed myself from the next room.. Our baby is 5 months old, we don't need a big bed. The staff did nothing to help. 5. It is very cold there, and we understood how the air conditioner works only in the morning. By the fact that at the beginning of work it blows cold for a very long time. 6. The bed must be made by yourself. There are no pillows, instead of them there are some solid blocks from old sofas. It is impossible to sleep on them. 7. I have an allergy to insect poison, I can die from it. There were 5 live wasps in the toilet of our room, they crawled on the floor, toilet, walls. There were also dead wasps. There is a very high probability of stepping on such a wasp in the dark. and immediately get angioedema. Where then to run with him, how to quickly help myself, I do not know. This is very dangerous, you do not expect that the hotel will be like that. 8. The hotel is smoky, the smell of smoke is everywhere. Employees smoke in all rooms without opening the door and without airing. 9. Very dirty rooms. 10. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I previously lived in Alexandria in a 2 star hotel. the hotel was very old but it was clean and safe. I have been in Irkutsk, in a ruined old mansion, but even there it was clean and safe. These rooms cost a maximum of 10 euros per night.
