Martin was wonderful, I had no problems arriving and checking in, the room was wonderful and the bed was incredibly comfy. I like that there's a bench and 'coat rack' at the door. Having just arrived from nearly two weeks in Istanbul, I'm a little spoiled when it comes to the breakfast. I felt that the tomatoes could be fresher and the juice tasted like it came from powder. However, that is the only thing I would improve. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast (included) is generous and delicious, the staff is very nice and quick to respond every time I asked for something. The location is perfect! 5 minutes walk to the National Palace of Culture. Nothing

Room was dated. II learned to keep the bathroom window open, the door shut, and the exhaust fan on to control the smell from the pipes.

Location is great. Clean room and one of the two receptionists was a great guy. The female receptionist was a little bit rude and seemed like she did not enjoy doing her job. Also, the room had a very bad smell but if you opened the window for 5 minutes, it was ok afterwards.

I stayed in Family Hotel Agoncev for one night . The room is very clean. The dinner in the restaurant is very delicious and special. The restaurant was fully booked. The waiter was very nice and allowed me to order as ToGo. The breakfast is fresh and great. Mostly I like to give my thanks to the owner’s son, he speaks fluent English and helps me in many ways including giving me tourist suggestions and calling taxi for me. Without his help I would miss my flight this afternoon. I really appreciate his hospitality. The location is a little far from the city center but worth the value
