Nothing. The bed is broken and should have been replaced a long time ago. The Wifi is very very bad and unstable, almost like not having internet at all. The staff was unhelpful.

The stairs are a bit small, can be hard if you have luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel. The staff were incredibly sweet and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality offered. The location is also perfect — close to everything you might want to explore. Highly recommended for a cozy and pleasant stay!

Great staff, amazing location

The place is the closest place you could go by car to the city center and offers inexpensive parking in the inner yard. Great place. Facilities are old but enough.

The location was great, because I had meetings near there. The parking was convenient and I was greeted by the owner, who made sure I was well aware of the facilities and access. The room was small, gloomy and with old furniture. There were two beds, and both had dust bunnies and dog hairs on the sheets, which I found disgusting. The bed was next to the windows, making them hardly accessible, and when opened the frames were in the way of the chair, so sitting at the "desk" was tight. The bathroom was narrow and unkempt, it was clearly just a toilet room converted into a bathroom. I did not even dare take a shower there. Bedside lamps did not work, and lighting was overall quite poor. The whole place also had a bit of a smell.

It was surprised. The entrance to the hotel looked like a "kindergarten" - toys, dog and even a playing child. I was not sure, so asked the manager (who looked like a vintage storyteller) - "Is it a hotel?" However, the room at the 1st floor was good modernized and had all the necessary facilities. Very friendly stuff. Perfect location, especially for visiting NDK. It would be great to have caffee machine at the reception.

Superb

The private parking and the very kind owner who wait us to arrive very late due to bad weather,road and traffic conditions during the trip there.

The halls had a bad smell.

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, Vitosha Boulevard was 5 minutes away, the environment was nice, and the parking was safe. Mr. Bojka ( the owner) was very friendly and helpful, I recommend the facilities for families and business trips.

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be a building with historical significance. While it was an old/classic building, the rooms were very well maintained, well decorated and cosy. Facilities were very well maintained and clean. The staff were lovely, very helpful and nice to us. I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel when I visit next. Nothing to say.

Location, near metro and centre I did not like the room, and the owner. Room was not clean and the bathroom was flooding.

It's close to the center of the city and it got a free parking. Owner is really polite and friendly. A bit more moisture in apartment and the bathroom is really small without shower cabin so it is really hard to get a shower.
