This hotel is very new and extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast and great views of the city. Very kind and helpful staff from the minute we checked in. Great roof-top bar with live DJ. Great seafood restaurant recommendations near the hotel provided by the hotel when we checked in. We loved it all.

I didn’t like that we had to pay extra for basically anything, like water in the room and access to the pool. I think you should know from the beginning what you will pay.

Very clean, smells good as soon as we entered the hotel. Room is comfortable, spacious. Location is very conveniently close to bus terminal

The location is just a 5-minute walk from the express bus terminal. Water, juice, and a coffee machine are offered at check-in. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. The room also features a capsule coffee maker. Breakfast was very nice, with good quality and a wide choice of options. The reception is located on the second floor rather than in the lobby.

The hotel front desk staff were a little on the formal side, but no big deal. The beach was a bit farther than I expected.

Excellent, new hotel with large rooms. Breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western options. We also ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and thought the course menu was an excellent value for the quality of the meal. Lovely, heated pool on the rooftop with excellent city views. Had a little mix up about housekeeping one afternoon, with the room not being serviced. The manager was quick to rectify the problem and provided complimentary pool access to make up for the inconvenience.

Close to Sokcho Bus terminal. Ideal place to stay if wanting to visit Seoraksan. Very easy bus commute to the national park. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice to have an ice machine and coffee facility at the reception area. Maybe they can provide milk and sugar;) Had to pay to use the pool
