Pampas Resort

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Beside that everything is subpar. Price was way too expensive for the quality of hotel. Parking lot was small and dirty. There was no staff to communicate with. There were no air conditioner remotes so we couldn't turn on the ac. I will never come to this hotel again.

The proximity to the beach and the clean room. Also having a room that could fit all 6 in my group was nice The walk to the beach was a little awkward but still very close, especially for the price.

futons were so thin that our body aches every morning. noise. old. dirty.

Price, location and room size were very good. Feels a bit outdated, no room upkeep and problem with loud neighbors…

Location, direct access to the beach (not easy to find as nobody will tell you…) Vacuum at 8am, long and loud on Sunday morning!! No toothbrush, water or anything at all actually (at this price range…).

Decent enough price and we stayed in a large family room. Close to bus station. Strangely there was only one bed in the large family room despite there being floor space for at least 2 more. There was no flexibility at all on the check in, we arrived just before 2pm but were told, quite matter of factly, that check in was at 3pm. So had to leave for an hour or so. The room was boiling hot and we had to turn the valves under the sink to cool the room down but even with this the room was too hot, so we had to open the windows but it was noisy. Aircon was in room but no controllers to turn on. We also had to take out our own trash and recycling which we have never had to do in a hotel ever, very strange. Noisy tour groups arriving and leaving late in the night and early in the morning.

Great value, location very convenient. Shower wasn't very hot, whilst room was extremely hot and needed the window open!

It was a nice stay, oldie but comfortable. The towels, need a normal size of towels they provide only small towels.

Location is fantastic - easy walk to beach and Sokcho Eye. Spacious two bedroom apartment. Really hot, even though it was late October, and there isn’t a way to adjust it. Nowhere for toiletries or makeup in the bathrooms. Futon beds are super hard and difficult to adjust to if you aren’t used to them. And it was very strange to come back one day to find the ceiling hatch open in the ensuite bathroom…

I enjoyed the fact that the pampas was close to the Bus station. Also, very close to the beach! Very , very calm quiet location! Well, of course, because I’m American I’m always gonna ask for big towels. But the pompas staff was very accommodating. We had plenty of towels and bedding. Towels, bedding , and all facilities were as expected. Water pressure in the shower was strong. I loved that!

Location, near to sokcho beach and Sokcho express bus terminal. Lot of convenient stores nearby, still the enviroment is not too busy. Side by side room Quick check in & out I've made a modification about the number of guest staying then asked the hotel whether there is any changes about the price, via email, message in booking.com n instagram direct message but no reply. It was the admin of booking.com then gave me confirmation. Old hotel but quite maintained. Bathroom is too small and flat, so the water runs all over the floor, make it slippery The futons are to thin

Decent size for family of five. There were lots of mosquitoes in the lifts and surrounding area although the apartment itself was ok.

Room was huge, super clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to the express bus terminal and buses to Seoraksan. Amazing value for the price. Nothing. You can manually turn off the central heater if it feels too hot.

Liked the beachside location and large on-site carpark. The room was large with a kitchenette, which we didn't use. There was a small table and chairs, which was handy. The shower was powerful. WiFi was available, but we used our own. Convenience store very close by. Value for money. The lobby area looked a little run-down and the room a little tired, but was good value for money, so we didn't mind.
