Nothing This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room was dirty from the moment I arrived. The shower was full of hair and covered in mould, the towels and bed sheets were dirty, and even the glasses had clearly been used and not washed properly. There was no room service at all for my entire stay, which was extremely disappointing. The carpets in the corridors were filthy, and the walls seemed paper-thin — I could literally hear everything happening in the rooms next door. The security was also extremely poor. The door leading into the hotel’s room area was left open all the time, meaning anyone could simply walk in from the street and access the area where the guest rooms were located. This raised serious concerns about guest safety and security. The noise was another major problem. The restaurant regularly hosted parties with a very loud, often drunk crowd after 10 p.m., making it extremely difficult to sleep. Despite the excessive noise and disturbance, the hotel simply did not seem to care or make any effort to control the situation or protect its guests from the disruption. The restaurant itself was just as disappointing. The food looked and tasted like cheap supermarket food, with the pizza and many of the menu options clearly being frozen and simply reheated. Certainly not what I would expect from a proper hotel restaurant. To make matters worse, the hotel failed to provide the invoice I requested, despite being specifically asked for it. This was extremely unprofessional and added yet another problem to an already unacceptable stay. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable, the service was practically nonexistent, the food was extremely poor, the security was concerning, the noise made it difficult to sleep, and even basic administrative requests were ignored. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This hotel clearly does not care about the comfort, safety or basic needs of its guests.

Very clean, good location. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The superior double room was just two single beds pushed together basically so there was a gap in the middle which was uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin so could hear everything constantly so very hard to switch off.

Parking. Nice outdoor and bar area. The wait to check in. Bed and pillows not to my liking but that is always such a personal preference I dont ever mark down for that. The floorboards and rooms above were so noisy. Glad I didnt have a really noisy group above me.

Always very good service and lovely staff The outfit is worn and tired in some rooms more than others but this is reflected in the price. It is always clean

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and hot when it arrived. Plenty to choose from on the menu as well Shower plughole was blocked in room 27, so had to keep switching the shower off to allow time for the water to dribble away.

The food was excellent and staff friendly.

Bargain hotel for the area = easy access to stratford area and beyond = happy hour midweek in the bar =great venue for functions or just a quiet drink =staff always polite and attentive = good size rooms The showers are good but the grout and silicon sealant need a deep clean or temoving and replaced we havebeen coming here for past 8 years and this issue hss never been addressed = its not dirty but just looks it

Bad

The location was great. Ample parking. Room was ok and clean. Bar area a good size. Not enough staff. There were two functions on and therefore not enough staff for general guests. On checkout in the morning many keys just left on counter, never saw a member of staff but sadly lots of mess around including glasses/tables not cleared from the night before.

Price. Shower was mouldy. Draw had rubbish in it. Bit dusty
