The room had everything I needed. It was comfortable for one nights stay. It wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Layers of dust on ledges and food spilt in the TV remote control.

Good car park space. Air con worked Good breakfast choice Pretty quiet overnight for sleeping. So much potential. Staff lack training in basics. The Music! Please turn it off or change it to just music and not singing. Truly dreadful.

Location is great, breakfast buffet with gluten free options was good, room comfortable, bed comfortable but not very large on the standard room (std double), everything was very clean. Staff seem totally disengaged. Definitely more training required around service & attitude. Restaurant doesn’t open until 7pm so for people with elderly parents this was a hassle. Bar has burgers & pizzas but if that’s not your thing you will need to head out. On a 2N stay room wasn’t serviced on second day. No top up of tea/milk etc. Room phones didn’t work & reception staff didn’t seem to care.

Location, lovely room which was very clean and well appointed. Quiet inside and out. Felt the welcome was lacking warmth - no smile or sense of being pleased to have guests.
