Room was lovely, lots of space. Reception and restaurant were great. Food great. Lovely staff. Car parking charges (would have rather had the price absorbed into the room price). Swimming pool only allowed children till 6 which we didn’t know so only had 10 minutes in there. Swimming pool a bit dated for such a nice hotel.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. From the reception to the bar to the breakfast staff. Just everyone was really nice. The bed had a slight lean to it on one side

The staff, the cleanliness and ideal location for us to visit relations. We return often and the standards are always excellent.

They would not accept cash at bar. And made no effort to take our food order we had to go to bar to order our food.

Spacious and comfortable with plentiful parking (not free). Staff were pleasant and room was a good standard. Good location for modern shopping centre, nice pedestrianised town centre and eating establishments. Parking for paying guests @£12.50 per night seems extreme. Staff were busy and pleasant but overstretched at the bar and at breakfast. The patio area on a sunny Sunday morning after a busy Saturday night was left uncleared and unusable, again pointing to lack of staffing numbers. It was busy as there was a wedding at the venue, but it shouldn't affect other guests.
