Clean beautiful hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with wide choice. Location is also convenient, in a safe and clean area, close to the Tasso square, and all the places that you would like to go. Friendly and helpful staff. Really gorgeous.

The room was nice and clean with a nice balcony view. However it was smaller than anticipated. Choose a larger room.

Clean, good location, easy walk into Sorrento. Train and bus within 5 mins walk. Close to amenities- shops and supermarkets. The room was far too hot- temp gauge read 28 degrees every day we were there. I visited in April, so average daily temps of 16-18 sunny. I asked for the aircon to be turned on- the answer was it wasn’t available centrally until the end of April. I find this hard to believe. It was on the main road and our room was second floor looking out into the street so extremely noisy. We got very little sleep as either you put up with the noise or the heat. It actually made our stay very very uncomfortable and I would not stay here again.

Very well decorated hotel and room were nice but quite small. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was better than average in Italy. Location is great, train station, port and center are within walking distance.
