Was a good location for our stay in Sorrento! Had our own private terrace that was very nice. Are and relaxed out there communication was great with host! Thank you Nothing

Location Did not meet a member of staff. Room did not feel as clean as I expected.

Perfect location, super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We stayed in the Positano room which has a private bathroom, but it is separated from the bedroom, so we had to walk through the common living area to access it. We would recommend bringing your own disposable slippers for more comfortable. The walls are quite thin, and we can clearly hear the neighbors talking and watching movies. We would recommend bringing earplugs for better sleep.

The balcony was nice Great location Beds were not comfortable Room images did not look the same as the room we received. Floors were dirty Toilet paper never replaced Aggressive about getting city tax not even half way through stay. Shower head nearly ripped off my nipples. Ouch. Worst shower ever. Please clean shower head or replace right away because it’s disaster. Found manager to be rude

Large and secure room. Close to everything Close to train station. Directions to the property need to be clearer. This is a large condo building and was not what we were looking for walked past it twice and no one we approached knew the address.

Location was excellent No milk provided & no fresh food or fruit

The location. The private external bathroom makes the stay very uncomfortable. It would have been good to see the pictures of the bathroom when making the booking, but since there weren’t any, I just assumed that it was in a room adjacent to the room where we stayed, but it wasn’t like that, it was across the hallway, so it made the toilette use really uncomfortable.

The breakfast was poor. A few items left on a counter in packages.

close everything! extremely clean …

Close to shops Not big enough for 3 people, amenities very disappointing and overpriced.

The location of the hotel was really good; you can walk everywhere. The owner was also very helpful. However, there were some drawbacks The room cleanliness needed more attention, and the pillows were quite old. We visited at the end of October and beginning of November, so it was a bit chilly, and we wanted extra blankets. Unfortunately, there were only single-size blankets, which was inconvenient since we were a group of three. Some maintenance and new items could really improve the facility.

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get through the gate and the building. The apartment is clean and very spacious. It is very close to the city centre, about 5 mins walk which was fantastic. And it is about about a 2 min walk to the Sorrento train station. If you take the italo bus to Naples, the bus service is also just across the road under the FLIBUX sign Infront of the cafe. For some reason there were mosquitoes in the room everyday, not sure where they were coming from but there is more everyday. The single bed that was set up for us was a bit uncomfortable as it wasn't sturdy and would dipping heavily to one side.

Amazing location, close to main centre and beaches. Air conditioned room with a lovely terrace to sit. Shared dining/kitchen space provided food and drinks free of charge. Poor communication, we were charged too much for our City Tax and had to explain in detail before we eventually had our money returned. We were there for 4 nights and asked for one additional towel on day 3 and were refused. Bathroom and kitchen area were not clean.

Good location, also allowed us to leave the bags after chdck our Our room has a separate bathroom, which was advertised. The shower head was terrible so water was eveeywhere. Since everybody can see it had to be closed making it very damped. The bed was very nosiy and the worse part, you can hear a dog from the neighbours drag its paws at night so loudly it felt we had a rat inside the apartment. Overally for the price we paid this was not a good stay, maybe the rooks with ensuite are better

Great location Nice balcony Comfortable bed Good room size

Location address is questionable, a better map or instructions would be useful for most travelers. Cleanliness, dirty comforter, towels, bathroom subpar. Common area smelled of sewer or bad food cooking. Location is noisy with late night bar across street. But if that’s your thing, it’s perfect

Location was excellent, especially for railway station and centre of town. Loved the Balcony. Can be a little noisy. The town does not sleep. Nothing earplugs can't deal with. Amenities were average but quite OK. Contrary to other reviews it is not mould around the taps but deterioration in the chrome finish. We had a great stay at Sorrento. GRAZIA

Location was great. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment at all. It’s dated, dirty and to be honest uncomfortable. I am rating it 3/10 because the location is brilliant, however it is not enough to make me ever want to return or to recommend. I also cannot understand why the rating is so high on booking.com and what is really frustrating is that when you read through other reviews…they all say similar issues to what we have experienced which are fairly simple to resolve and yet they haven’t been. Luckily, we had the apartment with its own bathroom however the others seem to have a shared bathroom so check that before you book. There is a communal area in which there are three tables and a kitchen and the bedrooms lead off from that. When we arrived the other two rooms were occupied by a family who also seemed to be taking over the communal area so right from the beginning it felt like we were renting a bedroom in this family’s house…a strange set up which had more of a hostel feel. A simple sign reminding people this is a shared space would maybe be beneficial. The bedroom itself had dirty walls with cracks. The curtains were stained and hanging off the pole in places, the bedding was clean but had old stains and the room just felt generally dirty and dated. The mattress was uncomfortable and lumpy. It’s advertised as a bnb but actually the breakfast consists of packeted pastries that remain on the side the whole time and you can make yourself tea and coffee in mugs which are not clean…so make sure you clean them first. You can store your own milk in the communal fridge. The housekeeping is another downside. The towels were not changed for the four days we were there and we were only provided with three small shampoo bottles and no soap, these were not refilled. My husband had to get more toilet roll from under the sink in the kitchen as this was not refilled either.
