Amazing location, rooms and Staff
-
The location and the staff were amazing The room was ok and was organized a bit strangely
-
the view was fantastic and breakfast on the patio was great. Breakfast was good but could do with more selection for us rather than asking the waiter. The reception staff were excellent and anything you wanted they supported you well. Get the room with a view, you can just sit there all morning and watch. Sorrento has tons of good restaurants 5-10 mins walk with plenty of places to see and browse. The restaurant was a Michelin star which was great but certain tables you could not sit at as they were reserved for the restaurant(confusing when you want to sit on the patio). So getting food was only breakfast downstairs or in your room or at the Michelin star restaurant. Taxi ride to the port 25 euros as my daughter was on crutches. There is a lift in the port 2 euros and is 10 mins from the hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing from the first minute we checked in. We mentioned it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne for us. We were very touched. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to order entree as well. The views from the hotel were so amazing! All and all one of the nicest hotels we'd ever stayed in. nothing!

Wonderful stay, great staff, good food, rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the small boutique feel. Only negative (if it matters) is if you’re in for an event/wedding and don’t want to walk and get sweaty, it’s a short taxi to the main center (about 20 euros one way) but we liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the main square.

The staff are incredibly friendly and happy to accommodate any requests . Location is amazing a short walk into Sorrento and the views spectacular. Has an incredible Michelin star restaurant but quite pricey . Dinner for two 540 euros . The breakfast is average for a five star hotel served at the table and slow. More staff required. The rooms are very basic and could do to be refurbished. Would be rated 2 star in Dubai. Not worth paying for the hot tub outside as not much privacy we had the maid hanging washing out next to our room and could see through the partition.

Everything! Loved the hotel! Staff was wonderful. Rooms were beautiful! Great location! Food was delicious! ! There was nothing I didn’t like

Front desk staff was kind. The table servers were kind. Nothing overly above and beyond but totally fine. Honestly really disappointed at the sound in the room. The room they put us in was right above the kitchen and let me tell you... The cleaning/ banging of pots and pans at night was too much. I'm talking about, 11pm and it was waking us up, and or not allowing a nice transition into sleep. The bathroom tub also leaked or something. The tub itself looked great, but after the bath there was water all over the floor and the level of the water was about 4/5" from the top. One early afternoon my son wanted a smoothie, one they make for breakfast, and they simply said NO. I was kind of shocked considering they make them in the morning. All other 5 Star hotels we've stayed in would never have said no to a rather simple request. For a 5 Star hotel i was disappointed. More like a 4 star spot.

Very good

The room was large and comfortable. The sea view from my balcony was incredibly lovely. All the staff were very helpful. The concierge Luana was particularly warm and attentive and made every effort to make sure my stay was the best possible.

Fantastic location with spectacular views, in a quiet area only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. The staff were both helpful and welcoming. Bar food was slightly pricey but excellent. We appreciated the flexibility of a picnic breakfast when we had to go out early one day for a trip to Pompeii. The lack of an indoor lounge other than a cellar bar with no view of the beautiful coastline. Not a problem when weather is fine but we had two days rain. There are rooms on the ground floor but these are for the exclusive use of the Michelin starred restaurant. Linked to the lack of indoor seating, a second chair in the room would be useful. Our room had a few minor electrical and plumbing issues, which didnt trouble us unduly but which I wouldnt have expected for a 5 star hotel.

"I'm here to breathe the scent of the Sea" and that's exactly what we did!! :) Loved the food, the location, but mostly the amazing team at Lorelei Londres! Everyone was just wonderful. The front desk team was always available to help, answer questions, assist in transportation requests - Thank you Maria, Daniele, Duana, and Giuseppe. The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to seeing Valentina, Elda, and Antonino each morning at breakfast service. The rooms were beautiful with amazing views and the housekeeping team was awesome - Thank you Pina, Giovanna, Emma, and Maria Teresa! We had the pleasure of having dinner in the restaurant, absolutely delicious - Thank you Giovanna, Sasha, and Chef Ciro! The hotel has the most amazing views so it was wonderful each evening to spend time at The Sunset Bar enjoying a cocktail and the beautiful sunset - Thank you Marco and Antonio! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel! Thank you to everyone at the Lorelei Londres for our amazing experience and making us feel like family. Nothing
