The hotel was very nice, walking distance to everything. 20 minutes to the harbor, less than 5 into the Main Street. Pool was amazing to have during the daytime. Breakfast was yum, not too much to choose from but enough to make us satisfied
-
Great location to Sorrento central. Great breakfast options. Initially we were placed in a super small smoke filled room. It took over an hour to resolve the issue.
-
Central, clean and nice staff. It was also a reasonable price for the location. No eggs included in breakfast and the window overlooked a wall - it also had no balcony. The rooftop pool was actually level with the Main Street, it’s just the rooms were from level 1 upwards. The pool was also quite small and looked much larger on the photos.

We love our stay there, we highly recommended.

The view from breakfast place was really nice and the people were nice. Room was probably the worst one in the hotel. There was some random noises coming from wall and also from outside. If you have rather short sleep, then prepare yourself.

Friendly staff, clean property and very convenient to sites around us

The pool area was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The rooms were not well maintained and had a noticeable damp odor, similar to wet towels. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the shower did not drain properly

My shower was clogged, and the water was rising high, I notified the staff but nothing was done.

Clean and location

Big and clean I really didn't not like anything

Loved our room had a small balcony which had great views especially at night when all the lights were on. Breakfast was great and the staff were very welcoming and remembered what i had the day before and they remembered our names which made us feel special. Walking distance to town and all the beautiful restaurant's. Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely nothing it was perfect.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to see.
-
Location Slightly overpriced
-
The restaurant staff is excellent. We felt like royalty during the breakfast. The pool was open even though it wasn't heated and I love cold water so it was perfect. There was a noise in the room we had the entire stay. It sounded like a clock ticking inside the wall or water dripping.

Perfect location and the staff were wonderful. I liked everything

This was such a great hotel for our stay in Sorrento! The views were AMAZING and it was just a short 5 min walk from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms were the biggest we experienced in all of our Italy stays. The bar/restaurant was the perfect spot for cocktails overlooking the view. Staff was incredibly helpful! 10/10 would recommend this place!

Pool was freezing

The staff, especially Claudia, could not do enough for me. I had an issue with my booking at the start and she went abov

Room size, breakfast area, terrace, lobby, stuff location Nothing to say
-
Great location and nice views of the water The staff should be able to adjust the temperature in the rooms when temperature is abnormally hot during off-season. It’s not fair for that paying customer to suffer in a warm room.
