Conveniently located right near the city center, a short walk to the marina and train station. Quiet at night and comfortable beds!

The saff was also perfect cleaning the room daily and change the drinks in the fridge even though they were not free but still its important to have fresh water in the room There isn't anything that I disliked but if there is anything to mention is that the bathroom door won't lock even though its not a big deal

The shower was not great. It felt like it was going to overflow and it was very small. I would have appreciated if there was a sign that we could put on the door to indicate we did not want housekeeping.

The staff and location are exceptional!! Room was very nice, we really enjoyed and used our balcony with bistro set on it.

The breakfast is good. The location is close to train station and ferry port. Very good service. The streets in the city are on different elevations. To go up or down, either go stairway or run a loop.
-
Close to downtown, train station and marina. Good breakfast. Room is dated. Paid extra for a room with balcony and hoping for ocean view but got a room on the 2nd floor with view of the street instead.

This was our third time staying there! It is close to piazza Tasso so you can walk to everything. The family that has owned it for years is very friendly and helpful. Great experience and I hope we can return soon. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Family-run hotel. Those working there took an interest in guests and in assuring a pleasant stay. Helped to arrange tours and offered suggestions about things to do. Good location - just outside the central tourist area, so less crowded and more authentic feeling. Room very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
-
Amazing family owned hotel. Great location , 2 mins from town center and 10 mins from port (for capri ferry). Great breakfast . They offer parking not far by for a reasonable daily rate. They also own an amazing restaurant in town center and give some discount to guests. We went there both nights we stayed . Love it.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room, but we were informed that we could get hot water at the reception if we needed it. Additionally, tap water was not drinkable, so we had to purchase bottled water.
-
Location, rooms are basic and outdatef but location beats it all. Breakfast is good.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice and helpful staff and owner. Home made breakfast. Near to the center and bus and train station. All was good.

We had a delightful experience at Hotel Savoia. This small, family-run, three-star hotel is quiet yet just a few steps from Sorrento’s historic centre—perfect for exploring on foot. The staff—especially Rosamaria and her family—were warm, helpful, and made us feel completely at home, offering local insights and even arranging parking and early breakfast when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, accessible via a lift, and had air-conditioning—just what we needed in the summer. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit, homemade pancakes, local marmalades, and a lovely cappuccino. The location couldn’t be better: mere minutes to Piazza Tasso, restaurants, cafes, scooter rentals, the train station, and ferries to Capri. Despite being central, it was peaceful and tucked away from the main tourist bustle.

Close to downtown area Staff extremely helpful with booking tours - just amazing. Noisy

The location was perfect. 15 minute walk from the train station and to Old Town. The staff was very kind and friendly, even showing us to our room. Rooms were clean, the balcony over the lemon garden had birds chirping each morning, and it was quiet most of the time. We had issues with our safety box but staff were quick to fix this for us and left us instructions. The walls are pretty thin between places. We could hear our neighbours next door but it was quiet at night.

Very good
-
Fairly basic but clean & comfortable with very friendly staff and in a great location

The breakfast was very good, with plenty choices salty and sweet, including eggs. We asked for a quiet room and we were offered a room facing a backyard and an orange and lemon garden. The room looked a bit old/dated. The elevator is quite small, which can be an issue for people traveling with large suitcases.
