We had such an amazing stay at Maison Ligea and honestly would give more than 5 stars if we could. Tonino is probably one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. He helped us with literally everything, always had great recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the first second. You can really tell how much love and effort he puts into this place. The breakfast was incredible every single morning. Everything was fresh, super tasty, and prepared with so much care. Having breakfast in the little private garden was honestly such a nice vibe and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The whole accommodation is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and really well maintained. It feels much more personal and authentic than staying in a standard hotel. If you want a beautiful place in Sorrento for a fair price, I can 100% recommend Maison Ligea. For us, Sorrento is also the best place to stay on the Amalfi Coast. The town is beautiful and lively, but not insanely overcrowded like Positano or Amalfi. Parking there is almost impossible, while in Sorrento we found a garage with valet parking only 5 minutes away for around €30 per day, which was actually pretty reasonable for the area. Also, you can book directly through maisonligea.com for really good prices. Overall, our stay in Sorrento was a complete 10/10 and we’ll definitely come back.

The place was very conveniently located just walking distance to the historic center, ferry, and ferry. Tonino (host) was very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice place that is close to the train station. The host Tony provided very good breakfast every morning. He was very nice and resourceful. We greatly appreciated his help.

Everything about this property and the host was simply exceptional. The room was just the right size for us and the outside terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the warm Italian sunshine was just perfect. It was beautifully landscaped with plants and trees. Our breakfast delivered to our room every morning by our host, Tonino, was absolutely delicious. From the Italian pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, bruschetta, bacon and yogurt… it was the perfect way to get fueled and prepared for your day!!! The bed was also extremely comfortable which is very important for both my husband and myself. Honestly, there is nothing that we needed or would have improved on. Lastly, I must say a few words about our host, Tonino. He truly was amazing and made us feel like family. Attentive, kind and gracious!! Carlo and I will be back . We loved our stay at Maison Ligea. It was clean, nice and spacious, with an outdoor seating area. Tonino was an amazing host and makes an exceptional breakfast each morning. He provides an interesting variety and enough food for at least 4 people!! It’s really a beautiful spread. He is incredibly responsive and and all around great human. Nothing. We loved it all.

It was a great place to stay. Easy access to the train and down into the main area of town via one set of stairs. We would totally recommend staying there to our friends.

Very well equipped room with a private courtyard. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs. He will deliver your breakfast on a cart whenever you schedule it. It was always plentiful with an amazing variety of food. It’s located in a very quiet area but only 10-12 minutes from the main piazza and car-free shopping area. Nothing.

We were also met out on the street when arriving so it was easy to find the parking and the place. The host was fantastic! Kept in contact with us the entire stay. Brought to our room a nice variety of food for breakfast . He also asked what we would like and on the second day made us eggs with bacon. They also have parking you can reserve. Would highly recommend! Nothing

Breakfast on the patio was excellent. We usually had more food than we could eat. He asked us every evening when and what we wanted for breakfast. It was a great way to start our days and we didn’t have to waste our mornings finding places to eat. We loved the location of Maison Ligea. We were able to walk to the train station, to the main square in Sorrento and to the harbor to catch a ferry. Cannot think of a thing that I would like.

Very clean rooms with daily cleaning and refreshed towels. Toiletries and beach towel provided, which were nice. Breakfast was great - you can request the time you want it to your room, and the host was very responsive. Quite expensive for what you get, but that goes with the area I suppose. Sheets were not comfortable and quite itchy on the skin. Some breakfast items were undercooked (eggs), but overall decent breakfast. Location requires stairs to get to main square. Cleaning lady comes in for 11am, would be better if it was later in the day.

The reviews of Maison Ligea and host Antonio were exceptional, and my wife’s and my own experience staying there confirmed their accuracy. Tonino is welcoming, kind and truly a perfect host. The room was comfortable and included a small refrigerator and a kettle. He made a wonderful and varied breakfast each morning, delivered it to our room at our requested time and set it up on the table in our private garden. He also prepared cappuccinos to accompany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and also getting to know him a bit as well. It is clear that Tonino has a passion for hosting and takes care to ensure that his guests have an exceptional experience. My wife and I would highly recommend staying here. There were no negatives. If back in Sorrento I would hope to stay here again.

Very clean and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle but very close to walk to everywhere needed. Good size room. Toni an exceptionally welcoming host, always on hand with recommendations. Breakfast very good with homemade bits from Toni brought to the room at the requested time. He even gave us an Easter egg. Would sincerely recommend.

I am very satisfied. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. In particular, the landlord who received us not only introduced the facilities of the room to us in detail, but also caught up with us again and again when we forgot our bags and power banks when we checked out and returned the items we left behind. We were deeply moved. Thank you again for his help and patience. The daily room service is also in place, helping us to put the messy items in order. We are very grateful and the overall experience is very good.
