Breakfast was okay. Not a pastry family. Housekeeping was tremendous. Air conditioning was insufficient. Barely keep room comfortable. No microwave or coffee maker. Pool closed to early- 6pm

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The men who worked the breakfast were very nice also. The AC was not cool enough for us, probably just a European thing and there was no where to hang up towels in the room, no towel racks in the bathroom.

Excellent location within walking distance to the shops , restaurants and waterfront . Roof top Bar area is great to see sunset and view of mountains and sea It is modern

The pool is very nice and the rooftop deck has a beautiful view. The waiters at the breakfast were extremely friendly attentive and accommodating.

Very nice buffet breakfast on formal setting Elegantly decorated room ***Very large deck off each room was outstanding Long staircase to reach lobby with suitcases

This is a decent hotel with friendly staff and near the station. Rooms were fine and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. At times there was some late-night noise/singing from the restaurant opposite (not in the hotel's control)

Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs a bit runny but it is Italy. over all it was good, shower is way too small for adults

The beds were very firm. Not what you want for more than a single overnight stay. The pool temperature was very cold. A keyless door system would be a nice upgrade.

Very disappointing to be charged an extra $ 65 per night for a baby cot. I asked for a recommendation for a hairdresser, but the staff never got back to me, and there was no effort to help. We were travelling with my son & family at breakfast he ordered 2 eggs & was refused until I stepped in

I didn’t really like anything about this place. The man working in the front desk when I arrived was less than friendly and not very accommodating. Another worker at the front desk was however friendly and that’s why I’m not giving an even lower score.
