Location was amazing The communication was less than satisfactory we had an issue trying to get into the property directions on how to access the building was not clear. We had been told we could get a boxed up breakfast for an early morning excursion, and it never showed up besides following the instructions. We were given to let them know the night before we also were not given any checkout instructions so I had to come back to the room after we have left to pay our city tax. Also had an issue with the shower did not drain. They were less helpful and trying to resolve this issue.

Super easy to get to from the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us all the information we needed for an easy check-in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows!! The breakfast was timely and very convenient. was The location is great just a little walk to the center of everything. I would stay here again.!

staff was so friendly efficient and responsive - room was very clean. excellent cleaning staff instant coffee in the room. a neapresso maker or coffee maker would have made a big difference. breakfast was not great but the server was super nice

The smell was awful from the bathroom and it smelled all the stay in our room. I did not like that the host took photos of our IDs and not only the information.

We searched for accommodation to meet several points. 1. Proximity to the train station and local bus station. 2. Near the historical center or the old town. 3. Big, clean room with good facilities. 4. Balcony with a great view toward a large lemon garden. 5. Friendly and helpful staff. 6. Good breakfast included for a good start the day. We checked them all and it was really beyond our expectations. Just across the street we found a famous cuisine and traditional restaurant called "La Cantinaccia del Popolo". The staff was really helpful (Magda), special with finding a great and cheap parking place near the building. The are 2 large public gardens full of lemon trees nearby. And yes, the lemons are big, juicy and full of vitamin C. We found Sorrento the best choice for accommodation on the Amalfi Coast. You have plenty of options to get a ferry or boats to travel to Capri or sail along the coast. You can also take a direct train and go visit Pompeii ( you can buy tickets from the travel office at the train station). And despite the rumors, the timetable was respected. For the breakfast, we took a 3-minute walk to Bougainvillea Coffee Bar. Great service, plenty of choices, and good, fresh food. Iced cappuccino was the best! The one and only dislike was the loud noise of the millions of scutters during the night. But this comes with the territory since there is a culture of travelling by scutters. :)))) Eventually, you get used to it after a couple of nights.

I'm not sure if it's not a norm in Europe . It's my first time visiting. There wasn't a manual lock on the door.

Everything excellent except there was an excess of blue electronic indicator lights which were impossible to dim or extinguish, so much so that they threw a shadow! I tired of wearing my eye mask every night to sleep.

The room was very clean and well equipped, and it was nice to have breakfast delivered to our room every morning. Francesca was lovely and so helpful before and during our stay. A bit noisy from the outside and neighbouring rooms, but nothing too bad.

Modern, clean, location was good enough. On the smaller side, shower door was uncomfortable, difficult to shower without making a mess.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. We loved the balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the mountains and hillsides. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance.

Nicely decorated room and clean Very hard to find as it is in a residential older apartment building and only has a very small sign. The apartment building has seen better days and the common areas and lift were very dirty. The view from the room was not very nice. The shower was cold (although it was apparently fixed after we alerted them / although too late for us.). The hairdryer didn’t work (the hardwired one) unbeknown to us there was another there. There was supposed to be someone on the desk from 9am to allow us to get our car from the locked car park but no one had arrived by 9:15 and we had to call to get someone. Dreadful place, we would not recommend.
