The staff was helpful and friendly The view fantastic The location perfect The rooms clean The breakfast good Comfortable AC For a quality place it should have offered towels at the pool. Bathroom should offer tubes with soap and shower shampoo or combination body/hair Limited choices at breakfast

Location and views The oldness. The drinks at the bar were ridiculously high.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the location is great with a beautiful view, a beach near by, and a 15 min walk to the famous street with the souvenir shops and restaurants, the staff was very nice and helpfull, the room was cleaned everyday, and the bed was comfortable compared to other hotels, breakfast was good, i'm definitly coming back

Property has a beautiful view, location is reasonable in terms of distance to city center and attractions. Some of the staff was great, very friendly and helpful Rooms dated and in need of refresh, old damaged furniture. AC not controlled in room and barely cool at night for sleeping. Overall not a 3 Star property maybe 2 at best. Pictures of rooms on booking site and other sites are misleading.

The View is awesome , balcony, pool and breakfast was good. Use hotel next store to get down to beach and then taxi to Piazza and then taxi back bring Euros for taxis prefer No restaurant in hotel but you could use hotel next door. POol closes to early 6PM, it’s possible to walk down to beach area and community through next hotel steps but you this option closes at 5 PM so a taxi is needed to return

The view was incredible! Super pretty view of the marina and water, our favorite part of the stay. It is a pretty good location if you don't mind walking uphill 10 minutes or so from the city. Front desk was super friendly as well and helpful with getting us a taxi when needed. The 'quality' of the hotel itself was a little outdated, uncomfy bed, and the rooms were very humid where our bedding/clothes felt wet and damp each day. Also staff came in each day to clean our room but they simply just refolded towels and didn't replace them. In the future we would likely stay closer to the city since the walk could get a little tiring each day. Also breakfast wasn't very good but at least it was free.

The view from this room was absolutely incredible and was easily the highlight of our stay. The balcony was beautiful, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was good as well—nothing overly elaborate, but it had all the essentials and everything was fresh and enjoyable. We also loved the pool and the amount of sunshine it received during the day. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The town was about a 20-minute walk away, mostly uphill, but we didn’t mind the walk at all. When we chose to take a taxi instead, it was typically around €25. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for the stunning views and beautiful balcony. The only downsides were related to the room itself. While it was comfortable and had everything we needed, it felt a bit outdated and could definitely benefit from some refreshing and updates, especially considering the price of staying here. We also had an issue with the shower drain, which became clogged after the very first shower on our first night, making us think it may have already been partially blocked before our arrival. Another small inconvenience was that there was only one mirror in the entire room, which made getting ready a bit challenging, especially when more than one person was trying to use it at the same time.

Guys don't book this property just for the views. This is a very poorly maintained property. Rooms are very bad(old and dirty) and breakfast options are the worst. For views, go out and enjoy the city. This is 20 mins from piazza tasso and 30 mins walk from sorrento station, so not convenient as well logistically.

Only the view and the pool Rooms outdated bed hard as a board bathroom had mildew and rust chair nasty

The view from the room was exceptional. The hotel had a cool retro feel to it. The location was great, easy to walk into town but outside of the busy area. The staff were so nice. The room was outdated. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and bathroom needed a refresh. There were no towels at the pool. WiFi was a bit spotty.

Close to the marina Grande beach

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to fully enjoy the experience. The pool was also a wonderful addition, offering the perfect place to unwind while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Mr. Mariano was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, sharing helpful local recommendations and ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento.

The view and staff. The bathrooms. The rooms could do with an upgrade.

The room we stayed in had plumbing issues but staff moved us to another room.l, not as great of a room but it worked. Lastly we wanted a king bed and had 2 rain beds put together with a gap in between, super uncomfortable and annoying since hisband and I kept sliding away.

We were in room 14. The view is breathtaking. The balcony is excellent! The staff is very friendly and courteous. We got to know Ms. Serena - the owner [!] - she provided good advice for our visit in Sorrento. Breakfast is excellent. The owner (Ms. Serena) bakes and also offered home made lemon jam [!] The hotel is a bit difficult to reach because the road along the sea side is super busy and very narrow.
