Everything. The view was amazing, the food and drinks were great and the staff made our experience perfect. I highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful room and balcony! Staff were so friendly and professional. Pool was with stunning views. The restaurant was EXCELLENT. Didn’t even need to leave the hotel! Located right on the marina with plenty of other restaurants and conveniences if you want. The lobby is also stunning and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend! Nothing to comment here.

Rooftop deck was also a great surprise

Great location, nice sea view, very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. The staff is very nice, very welcoming and they give their best to make your stay enjoyable.

The lobby was small but charming, the breakfast was good, and the view from the lobby terrace was excellent. The rooms are VERY basic and outdated. A few simple upgrades, such as adding bedside lamps and some decorative touches, would make the space feel a little more inviting and comfortable... While the view from the Lobby is nice, the location is inconvenient, it’s at the end of a dead-end street, requiring a 30 minute walk with long stairs to reach town. Worse, taxis can’t enter the street, so we had to walk with our suitcases both on arrival and departure. I have to say…. first impressions matter, and ours was disappointing…. When we asked about the room view upon our arrival, the front desk person told us BLUNTLY that we got what we paid for and, if we wanted better, then we had to book better next time, with no courtesy. We booked the best available room with a King bed, and even though there were not many rooms available when we booked, we expected some water views, which was the main reason we stayed there. If the welcome had been kinder, we might return, but after that welcome, we definitely won’t.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in every way possible. The complementary breakfast was a plus. Dinner was unexpected how good it was. Location is at the end of the beachfront which is nice and quiet. Short 2€ bus ride into town and beautiful 20 min walk back downhill. Had a few issues with the room. Shower wasn’t draining well, which was fixed and we were compensated for our troubles. Pool isn’t heated and the could use some padding for the Sun chairs.

The location was right on the water where some really good restaurants were located. Veranda/pool area nice. Breakfasts very filling. Didn’t realize walk to city center was 20-25 minute walk but good exercise - walk was upstairs halfway and the rest was a slight incline. Just an fyi to readers. Also with summer upcoming construction performed on property - bathroom installs included towel rack and tissue/kleenex holder which was needed. In addition door installed to cover mini refrigerator. All this could have been completed prior to checkin vs during stay…

The property is in new ownership and have been renovating. Our room had no toilet paper holder, towel holders - place to put soap or shampoo in the shower . I feel the room was not finished.

The view from our room was lovely. The hotel's location on the Bay of Naples is ideal. When booking this hotel, I was not told that it was being renovated, nor were we told that we would have to carry our luggage a far distance as the taxi could not reach the hotel. It seems that the manager should have a golf cart to meet guests and transport the luggage. Upon entering the room, there were no chairs upon which to sit, nor the normal items in the bathroom (soap dish, shampoo in the shower, etc.). The air conditioning was not working, but the staff provided a fan and did fix the system later. It was apparent that the room was not yet ready for guests. However, the staff did try to help make us comfortable.

The location and the staff were awesome! The restaurant also had amazing food. The views from the back patio were breathtaking. It was very nice. They are doing renovations so things may be addressed in the future but the beds in the room were not that comfortable and the rooms were very bare. No mirror in the main room or a chair to sit in. We were never able to get the TV to work which was ok as we weren't in the room that much but would have liked to watch in the evening. Most of the rooms appear to have a balcony and we were disappointed that we didn't receive one. Our rooms were on the side of the building with no balcony.

The staff, location and surrounding restaurants were great! Unfortunately it was under construction in some areas. Lobby was beautiful but my room lacked a few things in my opinion. For example tissues a larger mirror, couldn’t figure out the TV and most of all the AC Thankfully we were able the door/window for a breeze

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and exceptional. We enjoyed the entertainment provided one night. Breakfast was very good.

They will be doing upcoming renovations to the property. I am looking forward to that as It is a bit dated in the rooms, but you cannot beat the views. I did not like the fact that they did not want you to take any food to the room, but if they delivered it to your room. As in room service. That was fine with me them My husband and I Love, the bread ,pastries and coffee in Italy. One of the main things. We love about Italy on top of the architecture. So the coffee here was not good. We found ourselves Just leaving the hotel to go get decent coffee. We stayed at a bed and breakfast. A couple days before this. Also in the same City , and they had the most wonderful. Lavzza automatic espresso, cappuccino maker. The coffee was amazing, and we were not charged for it. I even joked with my husband that I would love to go back to the bed and breakfast. Just for the coffee. This is not a four-star Hotel, and even after renovations. I’m not sure if it will be, but I am definitely curious to see how it turns out after they’ve done the renovations. I noticed that they cleaned often and the staff stay busy. One thing they could work on is having somebody passed through the stairwell hourly. If not every two hours. Just to remove any bottles or food product that someone just set in the hallway, they shouldn’t leave bottles, empty bottles, and things out. If Staff member walks by that they should just pick all of it up and throw it away. I really did not like passing by seeing it there. It just looked gross If I ever go back to Sorrento, I’m definitely gonna go by there. I would love to see this place after the renovations. It has a lot of potential, and the views are amazing. !

There was noise: sounds from downstairs, sounds from our neighbours, and sounds from laundry.

I like the live music on Saturday and there was a wedding happening that weekend that we were able to see fireworks from the hotel The bedroom wasn't clean the floor had hair and the extra blanket I asked for becuase I wad cold was dirty it has hair as well so I didn't even end up using it because I was disgusted

Friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Very basic room, TV didn’t work, a/c was either on or off without ability to adjust.

The walk to the hotel and that the rooms were outdated
